Abstract:
هدف از انجام این تحقیق تعیین ارتباط بین کیفیت تیمی و دلبستگی هواداران فوتبال (مطالعه موردی: هواداران باشگاه پرسپولیس) با در نظر گرفتن نقش واسطه‌ای رضایت احساسی بود. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر نحوه‌ی گردآوری اطلاعات توصیفی از نوع همبسستگی می‌باشد. برای جمع آوری داده های مورد نیاز، هواداران تیم فوتبال پرسپولیس (220=n) به عنوان نمونه آماری در نظر گرفته شده و پرسشنامه‌های الکترونیکی را به صورت داوطلبانه تکمیل کردند. ابزار تحقیق حاضر پرسشنامه بود و از پرسشنامه کیفیت تیمی ژان و همکاران(1997)، پرسشنامه رضایت احساسی رینولد و بیتی(1999) و پرسشنامه دلبستگی محقق ساخته استفاده شده است. نتایج مدل سازی معادله ساختاری نشان داد، کیفیت تیمی بر روی رضایت احساسی و دلبستگی هواداران تأثیر دارد و نیز رابطه بین رضایت احساسی و دلبستگی هواداران مثبت و معنادار می‌باشد. همچنین نقش میانجیگری مثبت رضایت احساسی بر رابطه بین کیفیت تیمی و دلبستگی هواداران مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. بطورکلی می‌توان گفت که باشگاه‌ها به منظور تقویت کیفیت تیمی با بهره‌گیری از بازیکنان باکیفیت و ستاره، می‌توانند بر دلبستگی هواداران تأثیر بگذارند.
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between team quality and football fans'(Fans of Persepolis Club) engagement by considering the mediating role of emotional satisfaction. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of how to collect descriptive information of correlation type. To collect the required data, Persepolis football team fans (n = 220) were considered as a statistical sample and completed the electronic questionnaires voluntarily. The instrument of the present study was a questionnaire and Team Quality Questionnaire Zhang et al. (1997), Emotional Satisfaction Questionnaire Reynolds & Beatty (1999) and Engagement Questionnaire Researcher-made were used. The results of structural equation modeling showed that team quality has an effect on emotional satisfaction and engagement of fans and also the relationship between emotional satisfaction and engagement of fans is positive and significant. Also, the role of positive mediation of emotional satisfaction on the relationship with team quality and fan engagement was confirmed. In general, it can be said that clubs strengthen team quality by using quality players and stars, can affect the engagement of the fans.
