نقش میانجی منشور اخلاقی بر رابطه تعهد حرفه‌ای و اصول اخلاقی حسابداری Journal Article

زمینه: با توجه به این‌که تعهد حرفه‌ای به صورت احساس تعلق فرد به حرفه و پذیرش اصول اخلاقی و اهداف حرفه تعریف می‌شود، می‌تو‌اند بر روی اصول حسابداری که مرتبط با اخلاق هستند تاثیر بگذارد. در عین حال منشور اخلاقی به عنوان ساز و کاری موثر از رفتارهای غیراخلاقی جلوگیری می‌کند. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر نقش میانجی منشور اخلاقی بر رابطه تعهد حرفه‌ای و اصول اخلاقی حسابداری را بررسی می‌ کند. روش: روش این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. از جامعه مدیران اجرایی و مالی سطوح بالا و میانی، تعداد 328 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار مطالعه پرسشنامه است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده از نرم SPSS و Smart PLS3 و روش‌های معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است. یافته ‌ها: نتایج نشان می‌دهد که تعهد حرفه‌ای حسابداران در تجارت و کسب و کار اثر مثبت و معنی‌داری بر روی بکارگیری اصول اخلاقی حسابداری در عمل دارد. همچنین، منشور اخلاقی نیز اثر مستقیم و غیرمستقیمی بر بکارگیری اصول اخلاقی حسابداری دارد. نتیجه‌‌گیری: اصول اخلاقی حسابداری از جمله؛ صداقت و درستی، عینیت، صلاحیت و مراقبت حرفه‌ای، رازداری و رفتار حرفه‌ای، بر روی کیفیت اطلاعات مالی و ارائه منصفانه آن‌ها اثرگذار است و این اصول نیز از تعهدات حرفه‌ای حسابداران و مدیران مالی و منشور اخلاقی تاثیر می‌پذیرند. بنابراین، توجه به منشور اخلاقی و تعهدات حرفه‌ای باید مورد توجه سیاست‌گذاران و ناظران قرار گیرند.

Background Considering that professional commitment is defined as a person's sense of belonging to the profession and acceptance of the ethical principles and goals of the profession, it can affect the accounting principles that are related to ethics. At the same time, the code of ethics prevents unethical behavior as an effective mechanism. Therefore, the current study examines the mediating role of the code of ethics on the relationship between professional commitment and ethical principles of accounting. Method The method of this research is descriptive and correlational. 328 people were selected from the community of executive and financial managers at high and middle levels using available sampling method. The study tool is a questionnaire. SPSS and Smart PLS3 software and structural equation methods were used for data analysis. Results The results show that the professional commitment of accountants in business has a positive and significant effect on the application of accounting ethical principles in practice. Also, the code of ethics has a direct and indirect effect on the application of ethical accounting principles. Conclusion ethical principles of accounting including; Honesty and integrity, objectivity, competence and professional care, confidentiality and professional conduct, have an effect on the quality of financial information and their fair presentation, and these principles are also influenced by the professional obligations of accountants and financial managers and the code of ethics. Therefore, paying attention to the code of ethics and professional obligations should be considered by policymakers and observers.
