Abstract:
سند تحول بنیادین نظام آموزش و پرورش بیشتر ناظر به ارتقای جنبه‌های علمی و اخلاقی و معنوی و تربیتی دانش آموزان و هم معلمان و مربیان است؛ انسان مطلوبی که در این سند ترسیم گردیده است بیشتر انسانی اخلاقی و معنوی است تا انسانی که ویژگی‌های انسان توسعه یافته غربی سند 2030 را داشته باشد؛ با این حال بین این دو سند اشتراکات و مشابهت‌هایی در حوزه بعضی از مباحث نظیر عدالت گرایی و اختیار و آزادی عمل انسان دیده می شود. نکته مهم و اساسی آن است که سند تحول بنیادین بیشتر بر مبنای تئوری‌هایی بنا شده که بعضا قابل اجرا نیستند و یا اگر باشند بسیار زمان بر و هزینه بر هستند، به تعبیر دیگر سیمای ارائه شده از انسان مطلوب در در سند تحول ایده آل و آرمانی و تا حدّی دست نیافتنی است چرا که تنظیم کنندگان سند بدون توجه به واقعیت‌های روز جامعه و ظرفیت‌های آموزش و پرورش و مدارس و مربیان انها و شناخت چالش‌ها و راهکارهای مرتبط با تعلیم و تربیت اقدام به نگارش بندهای مختلف آن نموده اند.در صورتی که جامعه ما نیاز به برنامه ای مدون و جامع در حوزه علم و اخلاق و معنویت دانش اموزان و دانشجویان دارد که قابلیت اجرا داشته و در عین حال جذاب باشد. نویسندگان در این مقاله در پی پاسخ به این سوال می‌باشند که انسان مطلوب سند تحول بنیادین نظام آموزش و پرورش با ویژگی‌های انسان توسعه یافته از چه تفاوت‌ها و شباهت‌هایی برخوردارند؟ و فرضیه پژوهش بر این استوار است که علت اصلی تفاوت ویژگی‌های انسان مطلوب سند تحول بنیادین نظام آموزش و پرورش با ویژگی‌های انسان توسعه یافته، تلقی متفاوت آن دو از انسان است. هدف پژوهش تبیین و تحلیل ویژگی‌های انسان مطلوب در سند تحول بنیادین نظام آموزش و پرورش با ویژگی های انسان توسعه یافته می‌باشد.
