Abstract:
امروزه یکی از مهمترین چالش بشر، دستیابی به امنیت غذایی در سراسر دنیا می‌باشد، مفهومی که به معنای وجود غذای ایمن، مغذی و کافی برای همه است. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی چالش‌های امنیت غذایی در میان خانوارهای روستایی استان بوشهر انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه خانوارهای روستایی دو شهرستان دشتستان و تنگستان در سال 1399 بود. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان 380 سرپرست خانوار به دست آمد. ابزار اصلی پژوهش، پرسشنامهای بود که روایی آن توسط پانل متخصصان و پایایی آن توسط ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها در دو بخش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS18 انجام شد. نتایج گروهبندی امنیت غذایی در میان خانوارهای روستایی نشان داد که بیش از 60 درصد از خانوارهای روستایی دارای ناامنی غذایی هستند. علاوه بر این، نتایج نشان داد که مهمترین چالش امنیت غذایی خانوارهای روستایی استان بوشهر، «افزایش قیمت مواد غذایی» و «ضعف سیستم حمایت از بخش کشاورزی» می‌باشد. همچنین بر اساس نتایج تحلیل عاملی، چالش‌های امنیت غذایی در هفت عامل، چالش‌های کشاورزی و زیست محیطی، چالش‌های اقتصادی و حمایتی، چالش‌های بازاریابی، چالش‌های فرهنگی و حرفهای، چالش‌های اجتماعی، چالش‌های تکنولوژیکی و چالش‌های اقلیمی طبقهبندی می‌شود که مجموعا 62 درصد از واریانس کل عاملها را تبیین نمودند.
One of the most important human challenges today is to achieve food security around the world, a concept that means safe, nutritious and adequate food for all. The main objective of this study was to investigate food insecurity challenges among rural households in Bushehr Province. Statistical population was total rural households from two towns of Dashtestan and Tangestan. Sample size was calculated 380 by Krejcie and Morgan table. Main instrument of the study was a questionnaire that its validity and reliability were proved by a panel of experts and Kronbakh Alpha coefficient respectively. SPSS18 was used to analyze data in the both parts of descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of groping rural households indicated that more than 60% of them have food insecurity. In addition, results showed that the most important challenge of food security in rural households of Bushehr Province includes “food price increase” and “weakness of agricultural supportive system.” Also based on the results of factor analysis, challenges of food security are categorized in 7 factors include agricultural and environmental challenges, supportive and economical challenges, marketing challenges, professional and cultural challenges, social challenges, technological challenges and climate challenges that totally explained 62% of total factor variance.
