Abstract:
مقدمه: نقش اثرگذار منابع انسانی در سازمانهای مدرن روزبه روز بیشتر می شود. عملکرد و ک یفیت شغلی افراد نه تنها به شایستگیهای ک ارکنان بلکه به رضایت شغلی آنان نیز بستگی دارد. برای کار موثر، کارگر باید سالم و راضی باشد و رضایت شغلی بالا منجر به بهره وری بیشتر ک ارکنان در سازمانها می شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررس یرابطه بین ویژگیها یشخصیت یمدیران با رضایت شغلی و سلامت روان در ک ارکنان سازمان بهزیست ی خراسان رضوی بود. روش: روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل تمام ک ارکنان و مدیران سازمان بهزیستی استان خراسان رضوی به تعداد 44 نفر مدیر و 1267 نفر ک ارکنان است ک ه از این میان تعداد 24 نفر مدیر و 132 نفر از ک ارکنان به عنوان نمونه به روش نمون هگیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه رضایت شغلی، سلامت بودند. داده های پژوهش NEO روان و پرسشنامه پنج عامل بزرگ شخصیت SPSS- از طریق همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون و با استفاده از نرم افزار 21 تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: بین رضایت شغلی با گشودگی به تجربه، توافق پذیری و سازگاری و باوجدان بودن رابطه ای مثبت و با روان رنجور خویی رابطه ای منفی وجود دارد. همچنین بین نبود سلامت روان با گشودگی به تجربه، توافق پذیری و سازگاری و باوجدان بودن رابطه ای منفی و با روان رنجور خویی رابطه ای مثبت وجود دارد. همچنین، روان رنجور خویی و انعطاف پذیری مدیران پیش بین رضایت شغلی ک ارکنان و گشودگی به تجربه و توافق پذیری و سازگاری مدیران پیش بین منفی عدم سلامت روان ک ارکنان بودند. بحث: می توان بیان ک رد ک ه مدیران مانند والدین در خانواده هستند و شخصیت، رفتار و عملکرد آنان می تواند نقش بسزایی در بهره وری ک ارکنان داشته باشد؛ بنابراین، توجه به ویژگیهای شخصیتی و رفتاری افراد در انتخاب جایگاه مدیریت در سازمانها ضروری است.
Introduction: The performance and job quality of people depends not only on the competencies of the employees but also on their job satisfaction. For effective work, the worker must be healthy and satisfied, and high job satisfaction leads to greater employee productivity in organizations.
Method: This study employed a descriptive correlational design. The statistical population includes all the employees and managers of the Social Welfare Organization of Khorasan Rzavi Province, 44 managers and 1267 employees, of which 24 managers and 132 employees were selected through stratified random sampling. The instruments in this study include job satisfaction and mental health questionnaires, and the NEO Personality Inventory Test (the big five). Research data were analyzed through Pearson correlation, regression, and using SPSS-21 software.
Findings: The results showed that there is a positive relationship between job satisfaction and openness to experience, agreeableness, adaptability, and conscientiousness. There is also a negative relationship between the lack of mental health and neuroticism. Furthermore, there is a negative relationship between lack of mental health and openness to experience, agreeableness, adaptability, and conscientiousness. Moreover, there is a positive relationship between lack of mental health and neuroticism. The results also showed that managers’ neuroticism and flexibility were predictors of employees’ job satisfaction, and managers’ openness to experience and agreeableness and adaptability were negative predictors of employees’ mental health.
Discussion: It can be said that managers are like parents in the family, and their personality, behavior and performance can play a significant role in the productivity of employees, therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the personality and behavioral characteristics of people in choosing management positions in organizations.
