Abstract:

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی درمان شناختی-رفتاری بر تنظیم شناختی هیجان و تحمل پریشانی در زنان دارای همسر وابسته به مواد بود. روش: روش پژوهش نیمه ‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه‌آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی زنان دارای همسر وابسته به مواد مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز ترک اعتیاد شهر اهواز در سال 1402 بود. از این بین، 32 نفر به روش نمونه‌ گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش (16 نفر) و کنترل (16 نفر) قرار گرفتند. شرکت ‌کنندگان هر دو گروه پرسشنامه‌های تنظیم شناختی هیجان و تحمل پریشانی را در پیش‌ آزمون و پس ‌آزمون تکمیل کردند. درمان شناختی-رفتاری در 8 جلسه 45 دقیقه‌ای با فراوانی یک جلسه در هفته بر روی گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. داده‌ها با روش تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری تجزیه‌ و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین دو گروه تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود داشت و درمان شناختی-رفتاری باعث افزایش تحمل پریشانی و بهبود مهارت‌ های تنظیم شناختی هیجان در زنان دارای همسر وابسته به مواد شد. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده، متخصصین حوزه‌ ی اعتیاد می‌توانند با استفاده از روش درمان شناختی-رفتاری بر افزایش توانمندی‌‌های مرتبط با تحمل پریشانی و مهارت ‌های تنظیم شناختی هیجان تأکید کنند.

Abstract:

Objective: The aim of this study was to examine the efficacy of cognitive behavioral therapy on cognitive emotion regulation and distress tolerance in women with spouses dependent on substances. Method: The research method employed was semi-experimental, utilizing a pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of the research included all women with substance-dependent spouses dependent on substances who were referred to addiction treatment centers in Ahvaz city in 2024. Among these, 32 people were selected using convenience sampling and were randomly divided into two groups: experimental (n=16) and control (n=16). The participants in both groups completed the cognitive emotion regulation and distress tolerance questionnaires in the pre-test and post-test. Cognitive-behavioral therapy was conducted with the experimental group in eight 45-minute sessions, with a frequency of one session per week. The data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of covariance. Results: The results showed a significant difference between the two groups. Cognitive-behavioral couple therapy increased distress tolerance and improved cognitive emotion regulation skills in women with substance-dependent spouses. Conclusion: According to the obtained results, experts in the field of addiction can utilize cognitive behavioral therapy to enhance capabilities related to distress tolerance and cognitive emotion regulation skills.
