Abstract:

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی رابطۀ اضطراب اجتماعی دانش آموزان با سبک‌های فرزندپروری والدین با نقش واسطه‌ای ذهن آگاهی در آن‌ها بود. پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، دانش آموزان پسر متوسطۀ دوم دبیرستان‌های شهر کرند غرب بود که در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 مشغول به تحصیل بودند. تعداد360 نفر از دانش آموزان بر اساس جدول مورگان به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامۀ مقیاس اضطراب اجتماعی واتسون و فرند و پرسشنامۀ مقیاس سبک‌های فرزندپروری بامریند و پرسشنامۀ ذهن آگاهی براون و رایان (MMAS) استفاده شد. تحلیل آماری با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون انجام شد و تمامی مراحل با کمک نرم‌افزار آماری Amos صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان می‌دهد بین اضطراب اجتماعی دانش آموزان و سبک‌های فرزندپروری والدین آن‌ها رابطۀ معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین نقش واسطه‌ای ذهن آگاهی در ارتباط بین اضطراب اجتماعی دانش آموزان و سبک‌های فرزندپروری والدین به لحاظ آماری تأیید شد. با توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده پیشنهاد می‌شود در مدارس، کارگاه‌های آموزشی سبک‌های فرزندپروری برای والدین برگزار شود تا از بروز مشکلاتی مانند اضطراب اجتماعی جلوگیری شود.
