چکیده:
بقاء و تداوم حیات، مستلزم کار و فعالیت است و نیاز به کار و تلاش از بدو خلقت وجود داشته است و هرچه می گذرد، اهمیت آن آشکارتر می گردد و قسمت اعظمی از زندگی انسان را در بر می گیرد. همت عالی سبب استحکام، پشتکار و نظم در انجام کارهاست، و بدون آن انگیزه و دقت عمل وجود ندارد، و کار سبب خستگی و کسل شدن می گردد؛ رسیدن به همت عالی یک هدف بزرگ برای موفقیت بیشتر در زندگی می باشد، لذا تبیین راهکارها و موانع ارتقای همت و کار در جامعه اسلامی از آن جهت که باعث پیشرفت فرد و جامعه می باشد، همواره مورد توجه پژوهشگران بوده است. در این پژوهش به تبیین راهکارها و موانع ارتقای فرهنگ کار و همت در جامعه اسلامی با استناد به قرآن کریم، سنت معصومین علیهم السلام و سیره بزرگان، پرداخته شده است، که ابتدا در مقدمه به تعریف عناوین موضوع پرداخته و سپس به رابطه همت وکار و آثار همت عالی اشاره شده است، آنگاه در دو بخش به صورت جداگانه موانع و راهکارهای ارتقای فرهنگ همت و کار تبیین می گردد.
Survival and continuity of life involves the work and activity. The urgent need to work and effort has existed from the beginning of creation and with passing years، its importance becomes more apparent and encompasses a large part of human life. Great efforts create strength، perseverance and discipline in doing jobs. As a result، without it، there isn't motivation and accuracy، and works cause fatigue and boredom. Reaching to great efforts is a goal for more success in life. So، researchers have focused their attention to the strategy clarification and barriers related to the promotion of work culture and effort in the Islamic society due to promoting individual and society. In this research، strategy clarification and barriers related to the promotion of work culture and effort in the Islamic society have been investigated with cited to tradition of infallible imams، Quran and elite sire. The subject headings definition first has been described in introduction section and then the relation among works، activity and great efforts have been evaluated. Then، barriers and strategies related to the promotion of work culture and effort are explained in two parts separately.
