Two groups were similar in beginning of the study. By co variance analysis، there wasn’t any significant differences for depression severity after intervention with controlling score of quality of life and depression severity between groups (P>0.05). Total score of quality of life after intervention with controlling score of quality of life and depression severity between groups wasn’t significant but the Physical and psychological domains were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion: 6 months Homeopathic treatment wasn’t effective on depresion severity of chronic janbaz patients but it changed psychologic and somatic fraction of their quality of life.
