چکیده:
The purpose of this study was to compare cognitive failures and coping strategies with stress in patients with Major Depression Disorder (MDD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), and Comorbidity. By Applying post-hoc comparative research method and A sample of 143 participants (50 patients MDD, 43 patients GAD, and 50 patients COM) selected. In order to collect research data these instruments were used: Depression‚ Anxiety‚ Stress Scale, Cognitive Failures Questionnaire (CFQ) and the Coping Inventory for Stressful Situation (CISS) .The data were analyzed by using statistical methods (Kruskal-Wallis test and Mann-Whitney U test). The results showed that cognitive failure and its subscales (memory, distractibility and blunder) were more prevalent among COM than MDD and GAD groups. There were no significant differences between total cognitive failure and its subscales among MDD and GAD groups. Also, regarding The Names subscale no difference among three groups was found. The COM group obtained higher scores in other subscales compare to the MDD and GAD and utilizing more emotional oriented coping strategies. There was no difference between major depression and generalized anxiety groups regarding utilization of emotional oriented coping strategies and no difference among three groups in using task-oriented coping strategy. Regarding theThis paper aimed to predicting of social phobia with gender, perception of negative evaluation by others, negative self-evaluation, self-focus attention, behavioral inhibition and early maladaptive schemas variables among students of Baharestan Payam Noor university. The number of sample were 310 people that selected via available and volunteer sampling method. The instruments Were Social Phobia Inventory (Connor et al), Focus of Attention Questionnaire (Woody, Chambless & Glass), Adult Measure of Behavioral Inhibition (Gladstone & Parker), Consequences of Negative Social Events Questionnaire (Wilson & Rapee), The State-Trait Anger Expression inventory (Spielbergerand). In this investigation data analysed with path analysis via AMOS software. although results from this paper showed gender and anger expression didn’t predict social phobia (p>0.05) but perception of negative evaluation by others, negative self-evaluation and behavioral inhibition components have direct effect on social phobia as mediating variables (p<0.05) while self-focus attention and early maladaptive schemas had indirect effect on social anxiety (p<0.05). Also this model explained the 72 percents of total variance.According to this study it can be said that early maladaptive schemas effect on social anxiety via surface-level cognition variables (perception of negative evaluation by others, negative self-evaluation and behavioral inhibition) as deeper cognitive variablesThe purpose of this study was to determine relationship between resiliency and five dimensions of personality with clinical disorders (depression, anxiety and somatization) in female undergraduate students of Alzahra University. The study was a correlational research. For this purpose, 400 subjects were selected from statistical population that considered 5590 undergraduate students at the university, by cluster sampling. Data were collected from Kobasa, Maddi &Kahn resilience questionnaire, NEO personality inventory (NEO-FFI-60) (Costa &Mc crae) and Brief symptoms inventory (BSI-18)( Derogatis). Data analyses were done with pearson’s correlation and linear regression. The results of data analyses showed that, there were a strong negative correlation between resiliency to depression, anxiety, somatization and neuroticism in p<..0001 level and were a strong positive correlation between resiliency to agreeableness, extraversion and conscientiousness in p<..0001 level, But There were not found a significant relationship between resiliency and openness. With due to growing rate of clinical disorders and unique personality of every one, we can take an effective step for improving mental health of our society with training resiliencyThe purpose of the research was to recognize the type of relationship between narrative and understanding the life story of introvert and extrovert students and achieving the details of the narrative life styles of these personality types. The research design was ex-post facto, the type of casual-comparative method. The sample group had 300 participants that included female undergraduate students at Tehran University, which was selected with randomized cluster sampling method. They were divided to introvert.extrovert groups by using the short form of the Eysenck Personality Inventory. Then some of them were selected from the end of the introversion.extraversion continuum and were interviewed by using Mcadamas life story form. The data was analyzed with meta-analysis and X2 test. The results showed that the attitude of introvert and extrovert people, their narrative content, the context, structure and pattern of narrative and also the mental and emotional space of their stories are significantly different. In addition, introversion- extraversion and neuroticism traits can influence the production of individual language in a variety of contextsEpidemiology studies show that prevalence related to mental health problems among university students is the main problem in the higher education system. So the purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between brain-behavioral systems, perfectionism and depression among Shahid Chamran University students. This study was descriptive and correlational study. The study sample consisted of 360 undergraduate students of Shahid Chamran University. This sample was selected by multistage random sampling method from the 8000 undergraduates in the year 2013. The data were collected using Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale (Flett & Hewitt), the BIS. BAS Scale (Carver & White) and Beck Depression Inventory. Then, they were entered into the SPSS statistical software and analyzed using descriptive as well as inferential (Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression) statistics. Besides, a significant positive correlation was found between depression with self-oriented perfectionism, social-oriented perfectionism and behavioral inhibition system, also a significant negative correlation was found between depression with behavioral activation system. The results of multiple regression showed that social-oriented perfectionism and activation behavioral systems were best predictors of depression. So, we should Pay attention to the relationship between depression with brain- behavioral system and perfectionismThe purpose of this research was to investigate the effectiveness mindfulness training on Automatic Cognitive Processing between elementary girl students in fifth grade. The research method was pre-test and post-test with control group. The statistical population consisted of all elementary girl students in fifth grade in sixth educational zone in Tehran. 24 students were selected via available sampling. They were assigned to experimental group (n=12) and control group (n=12). All students in the experimental and the control groups had taken computer based Stroop Test. Then, the experimental group participated in 12 sessions of mindfulness training, the combination of general mindfulness training for children (Alidina, 2010) and executive mindfulness training in American elementary school (Kaiser-Greenland, 2010) modeled based on MBCT-C (mindfulness-based cognitive therapy-children) Baer’s protocol (2006), over a 8 weeks period. After data were analyzed using ANCOVA, Results showed that the two groups of experimental and control were significantly different in automatic cognitive processing
