چکیده:
اسپانگلیسی یا اسپانگلیش ترکیبی از زبان انگلیسی و اسپانیولی است که بهویژه در میان جوانان، در مناطق خاصی از جهان محبوبیت دارد. این مقاله سعی در پاسخ به پرسشهای اساسی در مورد اسپانگلیسی دارد: آیا این پدیده حاصل طبیعی همزیستی دو فرهنگ و زبان مختلف است یا معضلی اجتماعی است که باعث تخریب زبان رسمی و چندصدسالة اسپانیایی یا انگلیسی میشود؟ بهعلاوه، چه راهکارهایی برای حفظ زبانهای مختلف در جوامع اینچنینی، بهخصوص در مناطق مورد بحث ما، وجود دارد؟ پس از بیان تاریخچه و تعریفی کلی از اسپانگلیسی، ابتدا سعی شده با درنظرگرفتن ویژگیهای ساختاری این پدیده و قیاس آن با برخی موارد مشابه، مشخص کرد که این میوة دوزبانگی در کدام قالب زبانی میگنجد؟ سپس، دلایل عمومی، جامعهشناختی و روانشناختی ایجاد و استفادة مردم مناطق جنوبی کشور ایالات متحدة آمریکا و مکزیک از آن را بررسی کردهایم. در ادامه جمعبندی از شواهد عینی و نظرهای مخالف و موافق افراد متخصص در این زمینه، به بحث گذاشته شده است. نتیجة حاصل از مقالة پیشرو این است که اسپانگلیسی تنها میوة همزیستی دو تمدن است و راهکار جلوگیری از آن نیز صرفا به نوعی فرهنگسازی است.
Spanglish, a hybrid form of English and Spanish especially popular among young people, is one of the most striking ways two of the worlds most widely used languages are evolving in response to immigration and globalization. Generally, this article calls attention to any fundamental question about Spanglish: If the bilingualism, and here, specifically, Spanglish, is a natural result of the coexistence of the two cultures and languages, or, is considered to be a social challenge thats cause devastating consequence on Spanish or English. After providing a history and common definition of the Spanglish, first tried to compare it with some similar cases, considering structural characters of this phenomenon, and then verify that Spanglish is included in which linguistic formats. Subsequently, are analyzed general, sociological and psychological reasons for its emergence and using in southern regions of the United States and Mexico. In the following comes a conclusion of evidences and different opinions. A glance at the future of Spanglish, duties of the Spanish Language Academy and conclusion come as a last resort.
