چکیده:
مقدمه: کار در زندان یکی از پراسترس¬زاترین مشاغلی است که سلامت روانی کارکنان را به مخاطره می¬اندازد و باعث فرسودگی شغلی افراد می¬گردد. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی رابطه بین فرسودگی شغلی با سلامت روانی در کارکنان یک زندان مرکزی است.
روش: پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان یک زندان مرکزی در سال 1390 اعم از افسرنگهبان و کارمندان ستادی که بصورت مستقیم با افراد زندانی سر و کار دارند به تعداد 118 نفر می باشند. کلیه افراد جامعه به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. شرکتکنندگان به پرسشنامه-های سلامت روانی گلدبرگ و فرسودگی شغلی گلدارد و پرسشنامه اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی محقق ساخته پاسخ دادند. داده¬ها با استفاده از روش آماری رگرسیون تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
نتایج: یافته¬های پژوهشی نشان داد که بین استرس شغلی و نمره کلی سلامت روانی کارکنان رابطه مثبت و معنادار وجود دارد که این مقدار در سطح 01/0 P< معنادار بود. بین فرسودگی شغلی و مولفه¬های علائم جسمانی و اضطراب رابطه در سطح 05/0P< و بین فرسودگی شغلی با افسردگی رابطه در سطح01/0 P< معنادار بود اما بین فرسودگی شغلی با خرده مقیاس عملکرد اجتماعی رابطه معنادار مشاهده نگردید.
بحث: با توجه به یافتههای پژوهش میتوان گفت مشاغل پراسترس از جمله کار در زندان سلامت روانی افراد را به مخاطره
میاندازد.
Introduction: Working in prison is one of the most
stressful vocations which harms general health of
employees and is reason for burnout. The aim of
present study is to investigate burnout and general
health in employees of Kermanshah central prison.
Method: The present study is expressive and kind of
correlation. Its population includes all employees of
central prison in years 2011 weather guard officers or
employee staff and was 118 persons, all these people
were selected as sample. The participations answered
General Health Questionnaire and Geldard's burnout
scale and constructed based researcher of
demographic inventory which data were analyzed by
regression method.
Results: Data showed that there is positive
significant of relation between vocational stress and
main score of mental health that is significant in level
of p> 0.01. There was significant relation between
burnout and bodily signs and stress in level of p>0.05
and there was significant relation between burnout
with depression in of level p> 0.01 but there was no
significant relation between burnout with social
activity subscale.
Discussion: According to the results, we can say
stressful jobs, including working in a prison mental
health repercussion.
