چکیده:
مقدمه: مطالعۀ حاضر با هدف بررسی ویژگیهای خُلقی و مؤلُفههای تعامل زناشویی در مادران دارای یک یا ‏چند فرزند با آسیب بینایی انجام شد.
روش: روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی و پسرویدادی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش را ‏سه گروه از مادران دارای یک یا چند فرزند مبتلا به آسیب بینایی و مادران دارای فرزند بدون آسیب بینایی ساکنِ ‏شهرهای تهران و کرج در سال 1396 تشکیل میداد که از هر گروه به ترتیب 120 مادر دارای یک فرزند مبتلا، 104 مادر ‏دارای بیش از یک فرزند مبتلا به آسیب بینایی و 120 مادر دارای فرزند بدون آسیب بینایی به روش در دسترس و ‏داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند. ‏ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامۀ حالات خُلقی برومز (2007) با دو بُعد خلق مثبت و منفی و پرسشنامۀ مؤلفههای تعامل زناشویی افروز (1390) بود.‏
نتایج: نتایج حاصل از اجرای آزمون تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره نشان داد که مادران دارای بیش از یک فرزند مبتلا به آسیب بینایی، نمرات بالاتری در حالات خُلقیِ منفی چون تنش، افسردگی، خشم، خستگی و سردرگمی و نمرات پایینتری در حالات خُلقیِ مثبت چون سرزندگی، آرامش و شادکامی نسبت به دو گروه دیگر داشتند (0.001>‏p‏). مادران دارای فرزند بدون آسیب بینایی در مؤلفههای مثبتاندیشی، رفتارهای شخصی، رفتارهای ارتباطی و اجتماعی، شیوههای حل مسأله، مدیریت مالی، احساس و رفتار مذهبی، شیوۀ فرزندپروری، گذران اوقات فراغت و تعامل عاطفی نمرات بالاتری نسبت به دو گروه بالینی گزارش کردند (0.001>‏p‏).
بحث و نتیجهگیری: اجرای اقدامات پیشگیرانه و آگاهیبخش با هدف پذیرش ناتوانی فرزند، افزایش عاطفۀ مثبت نسبت به فرزند و آموزش مهارتهای مقابله با خستگیهای ناشی از مراقبت به ویژه در والدینِ دارای چند فرزند ناتوان میتواند علاوه بر کاهش فشار روانی ناشی از مراقبت، با اختصاص زمان فراغتی برای توجه به نیازهای خود و همسر به حفظ رابطۀ رضایتبخش در والدین کمک میکند تا از ظرفیت ایجادشده برای مقابلۀ زوجی با مشکلات مراقبت از فرزند ناتوان بهره گرفت.
Aim: The current study was adminstrated with the aim of investigating mood characteristics and components of marital interaction in mothers with one or more than one child with visually impairment.
Method: The research method was descriptive and the design was ex post facto. The population of this study was three categories of mothers with one child, more than one child with visually impairment and mothers of children without visully impairment living in cities of Tehran and Karaj in 2017 , that from each category 120 of mothers were with one visually impaired child, 104 mothers with more than one visually impaired child and 120 mothers with children without visually impaiment were selected voluntary. The assessment tools of this study were Brunel Mood Scale (BRUMS) (2007) including two dimensions (positive and negative mood) and Afrooz’s Marital Interaction Scale (2012).
Results: The results of multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) showed that mothers with more than one child with visual impairment had higher scores in negative mood such as stress, depression, anger, fatigue and confusion and lower scores in positive mood such as vitality, relaxation and happiness in comparison to the other two groups (p p
Conclution: Implementing preventive and make knowledge actions with the goal of accepting child's disability, increasing positive emotions towards the child, and training coping skills in face of fatigue due to care, especially those with more than one child with disabilities, can reduce the stress of caring, and spending free time to pay attention the needs of self and the spouse helps maintain a satisfied relationship in parents in order to take advantage of this capacity for dyadic coping with the problems of caring disabled child.
