چکیده:
اهداف: پرفشاری خون یکی از مهمترین عوامل خطرساز بیماریهای قلبی و عروقی است. حمایت اجتماعی و پایبندی به رژیم درمانی از عوامل تاثیرگذار در کنترل و پیشگیری از عوارض فشار خون بالا است. لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر مداخله آموزش مبتنی بر حمایت اجتماعی دریافتشده از سوی همسر بر ارتقای پایبندی به رژیم درمانی در بیماران مبتلا به فشار خون بالا انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: مطالعه تجربی حاضر روی 120 بیمار مرد دارای فشار خون اولیه بههمراه همسر آنها که در سال 1398 به مراکز خدمات جامعه سلامت شهر قم مراجعه کردند انجام شد. افراد واجد شرایط به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفیسازی بلوکی به دو گروه آزمون و کنترل (هر گروه 60 نفر) تقسیم شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه رفتارهای خودمراقبتی، حمایت اجتماعی، چکلیست ثبت فشار خون و فشارسنج عقربهای بود. دادهها در نرمافزار SPSS 20 و توسط آزمونهای آماری تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: میانگین نمره پایبندی به رژیم درمانی و حمایت اجتماعی دریافتشده از سوی همسر آزمودنیها بعد از مداخله آموزشی در گروه آزمون افزایش معنیدار داشت (P
نتیجه گیری: آموزش مبتنی بر حمایت اجتماعی همسر باعث ارتقای پایبندی به رژیم درمانی و کاهش فشار خون سیستولیک و دیاستولیک در بیماران مبتلا به پرفشاری خون میشود.
Aims: High blood pressure is one of the most important risk factors for cardiovascular disease. Social support and adherence to treatment regimen are effective factors in controlling and preventing high blood pressure complications. Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine the effect of educational intervention based on social support received by the spouse on promoting adherence to treatment regimen in hypertensive patients.
Materials & Methods: The present experimental study was performed on 120 male patients with primary hypertension with their spouses who referred to the Qom city community health service centers in 2019. The eligible individuals were selected by convenience sampling method and randomly divided into two groups of test and control (60 people in each group). The data collection tools included a questionnaire of self-care behaviors, social support, a blood pressure checklist, and a hand pressure gauge. Data were analyzed by SPSS 20 software using statistical tests.
