چکیده:
اهداف: بیماری های مزمن و صعب العلاج با دایرنمودن امر میان هستی و نیستی و به چالش کشیدن امنیت هستی شناختی بیماران، باعث برانگیختگی اضطراب وجودی و معنوی در آنها می شوند؛ به علاوه، در مدرنیته متأخر، فراوانی بیماریهای مزمن تا حدود زیادی ناظر به سبک زندگی مدرن، با لحاظ لوازم ذهنی و رفتاری آن، نظیر محوریت جامعه پذیری این جهانی، نگاه تقابل فکنانه میان مرگ و زندگی و فقدان فلسفه سلامت است. هدف مقاله حاضر، ارزیابی انتقادی مطالعات و رویه های عملی انجام شده ناظر به ملاحظه ابعاد معنوی بیماران در مراکز درمانی و نیز ارایه مدلی به منظور منتفی ساختن تجربیات ابرازی بیماران در شرایط مواجههشان با بیماریهای مزمن بود.
اطلاعات و روش ها: در این مطالعه، 40 پژوهش ایرانی (17 پژوهش در بازه زمانی 1392-1387) و غیرایرانی (23 پژوهش در بازه زمانی 2013-2002) با رعایت تقدم و تاخر زمانی نگارش، با رویکرد کیفی ارزیابی شدند.
یافته ها: در مطالعات داخلی، گویه ها ذیل 5 محور مفهوم شناسی معنویت، یادگیری و آموزش معنویت، کارکردها و پیامدهای معنویت، نگرش های معطوف به معنویت و تجربه معنوی و معنویت سازمانی و در مطالعات خارجی ذیل 6 محور تفاسیر و ویژگی های معنوی و مذهبی و دلالت های آن در عملکردهای بالینی، تاثیر معنویت و مذهب بر سلامتی، یادگیری و آموزش معنویت و مراقبت های معنوی، تجربه معنوی، سنجش معنویت و نیازهای معنوی بیماران و معنویت سازمانی تجمیع شدند.
نتیجه گیری: مدل برساخت اجتماعی گفتمان سلامت معنوی با واقع شدن در فراسوی دوگانه “عاملیت- ساختار”، به طور همزمان تاثیر و تاثر متقابل متغیرهای سطح خرد و کلان را دربرمی گیرد.
Aims: Chronic and severe illnesses lead to the excitement of existential and spiritual anxiety with the onset of conflict between existence and non-existence and challenging the ontological security of patients. The aim of this article was the critical evaluation of the studies and practical procedures performed about the spiritual aspects of patients in the treatment centers.
Information & Methods: In this study, 40 Iranian (17 researches in the period of 2008-2013) and non-Iranian (23 researches in the period of 2002-2013) researches were evaluated with the priority of the time of writing, with a qualitative approach.
Findings: The items were collected under 5 themes (the concept of spirituality, the learning and teaching of spirituality, the functions and consequences of spirituality, attitudes toward spirituality and spiritual experience and organizational spirituality) in the internal studies and under 6 themes (the interpretations and spiritual and religious characteristics and its implications in clinical functions, the effect of spirituality and religion on health, learning and teaching spirituality and spiritual care, spiritual experience, spirituality assessment and spiritual needs of patients and organizational spirituality) in the foreign studies.
Conclusion: The social construction model of the Spiritual Spirituality Disclosure, with the realization beyond the dual agency-structure, simultaneously influences the interaction between macro and macro level variables.
