چکیده:
اهداف: ارزش و اهمیت حفظ قرآن و جایگاه والای حافظ قرآن بر هیچ دینداری پنهان نیست. این جایگاه والا و رفیع، فارغ از اهمیت و فضیلت ذاتی قرآن کریم، ناشی از سودمندی حفظ قرآن کریم و تاثیر درونی و برونی آن بر شخصیت، اخلاق و رفتار فرد و جامعه است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه سلامت روان و مولفههای آن در حافظان قرآن و غیرحافظان انجام شد.
ابزار و روشها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع علی- مقایسهای بین کلیه حافظان قرآن و غیرحافظان شهر اصفهان در سال ۱۳۹۰ اجرا شد. با روش نمونهگیری دردسترس، ۱۰۰ نفر از حافظان قرآن و ۱۰۰ نفر از غیرحافظان انتخاب شدند. از پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی گلدبرگ (GHQ-۲۸) بهعنوان ابزار پژوهش استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با نرمافزار SPSS از طریق آزمون T مستقل صورت گرفت.
یافتهها: بین دو گروه از نظر سلامت روان تفاوت معنیداری وجود داشت و سلامت روان حافظان قرآن بهتر بود. از نظر علایم جسمانی تفاوت معنیداری در دو گروه وجود نداشت. میزان اضطراب و افسردگی در حافظان قرآن بهطور معنیداری کمتر از غیرحافظان بود. کارکرد اجتماعی غیرحافظان بهطور معنیداری بهتر از حافظان قرآن بود.
نتیجهگیری: سلامت روان حافظان قرآن بالاتر از غیرحافظان است. علایم جسمانی حافظان و غیرحافظان قرآن تفاوتی ندارد، اما میزان اضطراب و افسردگی حافظان قرآن کمتر از غیرحافظان است. همچنین کارکرد اجتماعی غیرحافظان بهتر از حافظان قرآن است.
Aims: The value and importance of preserving the Qurchr('39')an and the supreme position of the memorizers of the Qurchr('39')an are not hidden for any religion. Regardless of the importance and virtue of the Holy Qurchr('39')an, this high supreme position is due to the usefulness of memorization the Holy Qur’an and its internal and external influence on the personality, ethics, and behavior of the individual and society. The present study was conducted with the aim of comparing the mental health and its components in memorizers of the Qurchr('39')an and non-memorizers.
Instruments and Methods: The present causal-comparative research was conducted among all memorizers of the Qurchr('39')an and non-memorizers of Isfahan in 2011. Using available sampling method, 100 Qur’an memorizers and 100 non-memorizers were selected. The Goldberg General Health Questionnaire (GHQ-28) was used as a research tool. The data were analyzed by SPSS Software, using independent t-test.
Findings: There was a significant difference between the two groups in terms of mental health, and the mental health of memorizers of the Qurchr('39')an was better. There was no significant difference in terms of physical symptoms in two groups. The level of anxiety and depression in memorizers was significantly lower than non-memorizers. The social function of non-memorizers was significantly better than that of the memorizers.
Conclusion: The mental health of the memorizers is higher than that of the non-memorizers. There is no difference in terms of physical symptoms in memorizers and non-memorizers. The level of anxiety and depression in memorizers is lower than that of non-memorizers. Also, the social function of non-memorizers is better than that of the memorizers.
