چکیده:
زمینه و هدف:هدف از این تحقیق بررسی شیوع، نوع و مکانیسم آسیبهای دانشجویان پسر نخبه فوتسال کشور بود که جهت شرکت در مسابقاتقهرمانی فوتسال دانشگاههای کشور، مدت یک سال به تمرین پرداختهاند.روش شناسی:159 دانشجو از 29 دانشگاه با میانگین سنی 44 / 2 ± 1 / 22 سال و میانگین سابقه فعالیت 42 / 2 ± 83 / 5 سال در این تحقیق شرکت نمودند.اطلاعات مربوط به آسیبهای آنان با استفاده از پرسشنامه در سه سطح شیوع، نوع و مکانیسم آسیب جمعآوری شد. از آمار توصیفی و ازآزمون خیدو برای تجزیه و تحلیل برخی از داده استفاده گردید.یافتهها:نتایج نشان دادند که در مجموع 9 / 149 آسیب در 1000 ساعت بازیکن تمرین وجود داشت که شایعترین آسیبها در اندام تحتانی( 96 / 47 %( و به ترتیب در ساقپا ) 71 / 8 %(، ران ) 53 / 8 %( و زانو ) 92 / 7 %( بودند. شایعترین نوع آسیب، آسیبهای عضلانی-وتری ) 85 / 35%( و پوستی ) 13 / 34 %( به ترتیب در اندام تحتانی 66 / 19 درصد و 44 / 14 درصد بودند. همچنین بین انواع آسیبها رابطه معنیداری( 05 / 0p< ( وجود داشته و گرم نکردن بدن قبل از شروع تمرینات نیز مهترین مکانیسم آسیب از دیدگاه بازیکنان و مربیان به شمار آمدهاست.نتیجهگیری:آسیب عضلانی-وتری به عنوان شایعترین نوع آسیب و ساقپا به عنوان آسیبپذیرترین عضو و همچنین گرم نکردن بدن قبل ازشروع تمرینات به عنوان مهمترین مکانیسم آسیبهای اسکلتی عضلانی میباشند که رابطه قوی بین انواع آسیبهای وجود داشته است.بنابراین بر اساس این اطلاعات مربیان و مسئولین ورزش دانشگاهها میتوانند نسبت به کاهش نرخ آسیب بازیکنان در دورههای تمرینی،پیشگیریهای لازم را انجام دهند.
Abstract:Background:The purpose of this study was to investigate prevalence, type and mechanism of injuries in elite male futsalist students of Iran who practice for Iran Universities Futsal Championship in a year.Methodology:159 students from 29 universities with mean age range of 22.1±2.44 year, mean experience of 5.83±2.42 years participated in the study. Information on their injuries at three levels of prevalence, type and mechanism of injury were collected by using a questionnaire. Descriptive statistics and chi-square test was used to analyze data.Results:The results show that in total, incidence of 149.9 injuries per 1000 hours of training player. The most common injuries were in the lower extremities (47.96%) that in lower leg (8.71%), thigh (8.53%) and knee (7.92%), respectively. The most common types of injury were muscle-tendinous (35.85%) and skin (34.13%) injuries which are 19.66 percent and 14.44 percent in the lower extremities, respectively. Also there is a significant relationship between the types of injuries (pConclusion:Muscle-tendinous Injuries as the most common type of injury, lower leg as the most vulnerable members and not warm the body before practicing as musculoskeletal injuries are the most important mechanism. There is strong relationship between types of injuries. So based upon this information, coaches and sports official’s universities can reduce the rate of injuries than players in training courses, take the necessary precautions.
