چکیده:
یکی از تمایزات فرهنگی و اجتماعی که در انسجام و پیوستگی جوامع بشری اثرگذار می باشد، تفاوتهای ناشی از روابط و مناسبات درون قومی و برون قومی یا همسازی اجتماعی بین اقوام است. این موضوع از آن جهت حائز اهمیت است که هم در به وجود آمدن پیوستگی اجتماعی، و هم در قرار گرفتن جامعه در شرایط گسست و ستیز اجتماعی میتواند از نقش برجستهای داشته باشد. پژوهش حاضر در همین راستا و با هدف تبیین جامعه شناختی همسازی اجتماعی گروههای قومی در افغانستان انجام شده است. تحقیق به روش پیمایش و با استفاده از تکنیک پرسشنامه انجامگرفته است. جامعه آماری این بررسی، تمامی افراد بزرگسال در بازه سنی 20 تا 50 سال شهر کابل که از چهار قوم عمده و بزرگ پشتون، تاجیک، هزاره و ازبک بودهاند. نمونهگیری در پژوهش حاضر براساس نمونهگیری خوشهای چند مرحلهای انجام گرفته است. حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران 1055 نفر انتخاب شد. یافتههای تحقیق نشان میدهد که بین حمایت اجتماعی و احساس محرومیت نسبی، اعتماد نهادی، مشارکت اجتماعی، تعلق اجتماعی، بی تفاتی اجتماعی، مدارای اجتماعی و فاصله اجتماعی با همسازی اجتماعی همبستگی معناداری وجود دارد. تجزیه و تحلیل معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که تأثیر محرومیت نسبی بیشتر غیر مستقیم میباشد تا تأثیر مستقیم. تأثیر مستقیم محرومیت نسبی بر همسازی اجتماعی برابر با 004/0- و تأثیر مستقیم برابر با 101/0- میباشد. همچنین تأثیر مستقیم مشارکت اجتماعی برابر با 084/0، اعتماد اجتماعی برابر با 086/0، تعلق اجتماعی برابر با 201/0، حمایت اجتماعی برابر با 326/0، مدارای اجتماعی برابر با 126/0، بی تفاوتی اجتماعی برابر با 276/0- و فاصله اجتماعی برابر با 202/0- بوده است.
One of the cultural and social distinctions that influences the cohesion and cohesion of human societies is the differences that arise between inter-ethnic and extra-ethnic relations or Social accommodation between ethnic groups. This is important because it can play a prominent role in both social cohesion and social disruption. The present study is conducted in this direction with the aim of explaining the sociology of social accommodation of ethnic groups in Afghanistan. The research was conducted using a survey method and using a questionnaire technique. The statistical population of this study was all adults aged 20 to 50 years in Kabul, which consisted of four major ethnic groups: Pashtuns, Tajiks, Hazaras and Uzbeks. Sampling in the present study was based on multi-stage cluster sampling. The sample size was 1055 people based on Cochran's formula. Findings show that there is a significant correlation between social support and feelings of relative deprivation, institutional trust, social participation, social belonging, social indifference, social tolerance and social distance with social accommodation. Analysis of structural equations showed that the effect of relative deprivation is more indirect than direct effect. The direct effect of relative deprivation on social adjustment is -0.004 and the direct effect is -0.101. Also, the direct effect of social participation is equal to 0.084, social trust is equal to 0.866, social belonging is equal to 0.201, social support is equal to 0.326, social tolerance is equal to 0.126, and social indifference is equal to 276. 0 and the social distance was equal to -0.202.
