The rationality of all social and moral system owes to the correct and
obvious solution for main issues of anthropology that constitute their
foundations. Indeed, distinguishing the true and real needs of man from the
fake ones and establishing social and moral systems on the real and
genuine ones proper for man’s aim constitute the reasonable and logical
support for every system and social institution. The religious approach of
the founders of the Islamic Revolution has created a sort of socio-political
system which is based on the Islamic comprehensive anthropology.
This essay which is written in descriptive-analytic method aims to
know the anthropological principles of the Islamic sovereignty coming
from the Islamic Revolution and to introduce it as a pattern for others all
over the world. Having known modern crises and challenged Western
schools of thought such as humanism and existentialism, the author aims
to base the main difference of Islamic anthropology on the fact that Islam
considers man of having two realms: this world and the hereafter.
Accordingly and viewing man’s two dimensions of body and spirit,
Islamic anthropology stands on innate nature rationalism and human
dignity, and its fundamental values are: God-centeredness, spiritual
progress, spiritual and social liberty, justice, and tolerance.
