چکیده:
مقدمه
پیش داوری نگرش منفی نسبت به یک گروه غریبه است که بر فرایندهای ساده سازی آمیخته به خطا و اغلب همراه با اطلاعات ناقص بنا شده است. مطالعه حاضر به منظور تعیین رابطه پیش داوری نسبت به اقوام ایرانی و هویت جمعی دانشجویان دانشگاه شهید بهشتی صورت گرفته است.
روش
پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل ۳۰۹۴ دانشجوی در حال تحصیل در سال ۹۰-۸۹ بودند؛ ۳۵۰ نفر از آنها با روش طبقه ای- نسبی انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته برای تعیین سطح پیش داوری و پرسشنامه هویت جمعی (جریبی و لهراسبی، ۱۳۸۸) جمع آوری شد.
یافته ها
نتایج نشان داد که پیش داوری به طور منفی و معنادار با ابعاد ملی و فرا ملی (جهانی) هویت جمعی و به طور مثبت و معنادار با هویت قومی رابطه دارد. یافته های به دست آمده از تحلیل رگرسیون چندمتغیره نشان داد که هویت فراملی تاثیر منفی و معکوس و معناداری بر پیش داوری دارد، همچنین مولفه هویت ملی نیز تاثیر منفی و معکوس و معناداری بر پیش داوری دارد و درنهایت هویت قومی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر روی پیش داوری داشت.
نتیجه گیری
به طور کلی نتایج نشان می دهند که هر میزان افراد خود را متعلق به گروه های بزرگتر (ملی و فراملی) بدانند از میزان پیش داوری آنان نسبت به گروه های قومی کاسته می شود و در این میان وجود رابطه معنادار میان سطوح مختلف هویت جمعی و پیش داوری که بستر زاینده آن کیفیت تعاملات اجتماعی افراد است غیر قابل انکار می باشد.
Introduction
Prejudice is a negative attitude toward a group of strangers on a simple process mixture of error and is often based on incomplete information. Formation of collective identity occurs through the process of socialization and communication with groups and social units in society, and can be recognized when people identify themselves as belonging to certain groups.
Aim
The aim of present study was to determine the relationship between prejudice towards ethnic groups and collective identity among students of shahid Beheshti University.
Method
the Method of this study was descriptive-correlational. The population included 3094 students who were studying in academic year of 90-89. 350 studetns were selected through a cluster sampling and answered the researchers made questionnaire and collective identity questionnaire (jaribi and Lohrasbi, 1388). Results showed a significant negative bias in the national and international dimensions (global) of collective identity whereas collective identity positively and significantly correlated with ethnic identity. Results from multivariable regression analysis to predict the Prejudice based on collective identity dimensions showed both international and national identity have a significant negative impact on prejudice. Finally, ethnic identity had a significant positive impact on the prejudice.
Conclusion
In general, results show that individuals belonging to Larger groups (national and international) can reduce the amount of prejudice towards ethnic groups in the society.
