The research aim to identify the effect of the Differentiated Instruction to teach Math subject on the acquisition of Math. Concepts for sixth scientific Biological class students. The sample
of the research consisted of ( 46 ) students of the sixth scientific Biological class students, the researchers chose them intentionally from Al Hlmaat secondary school for boys divided in to two groups, one of them to represent the experimental group which contains ( 24 ) students and other group is traditional which contains ( 22 ) students.
To achieve the research objectives, atest for mathematical concept is required. After analyzing mathematical material and extracting concepts the test included. three axes the first axis included the definition, the second for example and the third for application. The final version of the test consistent of (27) items characterized by validity, discrimination and reliability.
The researchers apply the experiment in the second semester After statistical data collection and statically analyzed the result show. there is a statistically significant difference between the mean scores of the experimental group which was studied according to differentiated instruction and students of the traditional group, who was studied according to the traditional method in acquiring the mathematical concepts for the benefit of experimental group as a whole.
