چکیده:
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین اثربخشی درمان شفقت محور بر کاهش نشخوار ذهنی، اضطراب و نگرانی بیماران وسواس فکری انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: روش پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ گردآوری دادهها روش آزمایشی از نوع شبه آزمایشی و طرح پژوهش آن طرح پیش آزمون پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود و ازلحاظ هدف در زمره پژوهشهای کاربردی و از لحاظ روش در زمره پژوهشهای کمی بود. جامعه مورد مطالعه عبارت بود از کلیه مراجعه کنندگان به کلینیکهای مشاوره و روان شناختی منطقه 5 شهر تهران. روش نمونهگیری پژوهش حاضر نمونهگیری خوشهای مرحلهای هدفمند بود. گروه حجم نمونه حاضر به استناد پژوهشهای پیشین 15 نفر برای هر گروه انتخاب شد که مجموعا 30 نفر بودند. جهت ارزیابی متغیرهای وابسته پژوهش از دو بسته آموزشی و سه پرسشنامه استفاده شد. ابتدا آزمودنیها در این پژوهش به مدت 8 هفته و 16 جلدو ی90 دقیقهای تحت آموزش شفقت محور قرار گرفتند. پرسشنامه نشخوار فکری یوسفی (1384)، پرسشنامه اضطراب کانور و پرسشنامه نگرانی ایالت پنسیلوانیا (PSWQ) و جهت تشخیص بیماران وسواس فکری نمرهای که آزمودنیها از پاسخ دادن به چک لیست وسواس فکری منطبق با آخرین ملاکهای dsm5 بدست آوردند مورد استفاده قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد وقتی بیماران وسواس نسبت به مهارتها، استعدادها، احساسات، باورها، نگرشها و توانمندیهای شناختی و اجتماعی آگاهی پیدا میکند و بر این اساس بر نشخوار ذهنی، اضطراب و نگرانی خود فایق میآیند در نتیجه عملکرد مناسبی دارند و با انجام دادن تکالیف در زمان مناسب و با کیفیت مناسب تجربه موفقیت در درمان را کسب میکنند.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج تحلیل کواریانس نشان داد که درمان شفقت محور موجب کاهش نشخوار ذهنی، اضطراب و نگرانی بیماران وسواس فکری شد.
Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of compassion-based treatment on reducing rumination, anxiety and worry in obsessive-compulsive patients.
Materials and Methods: The method of the present study was a quasi-experimental experimental method in terms of data collection and its research design was a pretest-posttest design with a control group. . The study population consisted of all patients referred to counseling and psychological clinics in District 5 of Tehran. Sampling method The present study was purposive stepwise cluster sampling. Based on previous research, 15 people were selected for each group, which was a total of 30 people. Two educational packages and three questionnaires were used to evaluate the dependent variables of the research. First, the subjects in this study underwent compassion-oriented training for 8 weeks and 16 volumes of 90 minutes. The Yousefi Ruminant Questionnaire (2005), the Connor Anxiety Questionnaire (2000) and the Pennsylvania State Anxiety Inventory (PSWQ) were used to diagnose obsessive-compulsive disorder patients. Was used.
Findings: The findings showed that when obsessive-compulsive patients become aware of skills, talents, emotions, beliefs, attitudes, and cognitive and social abilities and thus overcome their mental rumination, anxiety and worry, as a result They perform well and gain success in treatment by doing homework at the right time and with the right quality.
Conclusion: The results of analysis of covariance showed that compassion-oriented treatment reduced rumination, anxiety and worry in obsessive-compulsive patients
