چکیده:
مطالعۀ حاضر، با هدف ساخت و اعتباریابی آزمون فرافکن تصویری بهمنظور سنجش اختلال استرس پس از سانحه، در جانبازان جنگ و ناجا انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش، از نوع شبهآزمایشی بود و جامعۀ آماری پژوهش را کلیۀ جانبازان جنگ و ناجای مبتلا به اختلال استرس تشکیل دادند. این افراد، پس از سانحه در بیمارستان تخصصی روانپزشکی ایثار شهرستان اردبیل، در سال 1399 بستری و به روش نمونهگیری دردسترس، تعداد 50 نفر از آنها انتخاب شدند. بهمنظور ساخت آزمون، ابتدا 50 صحنه از صحنههای تداعیکنندۀ جنگ و صحنههای درگیری، انتخاب و تصاویری در رابطه با این صحنهها تهیه گردید. سپس، از بین تمامی این تصاویر، 20 تصویر انتخاب شد و در دو جلسه، بهصورت 10تایی در اختیار بیماران قرار گرفت. در ادامه از آنها خواسته شد، خاطراتی در رابطه با تجارب خودشان در جنگ و یا درگیری مطرح سازند. اجرای آزمون به روش فرافکن تصویری، با بهکارگیری کارتهای محققساخته و دریافت داستانهای ساختهشده ازطرف بیماران صورت گرفت. نتایج حاصل از منحنی آزمون راک، سطح مطلوب نمرات نقطۀ برش در رابطه با این آزمون و آزمون شاخص اطمینان تصویری را نشان داد. براساس نتایج میتوان اظهار داشت، آزمون فرافکن تصویری طراحیشده بهمنظور سنجش اختلال استرس پس از سانحه، از اعتبار مناسبی برخوردار است و میتواند ازسوی روانشناسان و روانپزشکان مورد استفاده قرار بگیرد.
The aim of this study was to construct and validate a visual projection test to evaluate PTSD derangement in causalities of the war and NAJA. The research method was a kind of quasi-experimental. The statistical population of the study included all the casualties of the war and NAJA stricken by PTSD derangement who were hospitalized following the catastrophe at Isar Professional Psychiatry Hospital of Ardabil province in 2020. 50 people were selected by convenience sampling method. Firstly, In order to construct the test, 50 scenes of the reminiscent war scenes and of the conflict were chosen and some images related to these scenes were provided. Following that, from all these images, 20 images were chosen and given to the patients in two ten-number-image sessions. Thereafter, they were asked to share memories of their own experiences in the war or conflict. The test was performed by the visual projection method using researcher-made cards and the received stories created by the patients. The results achieved from the Rock test curve indicated the optimal level of cut-off scores in relation to this test and the Medical Imaging Confidence Index (MICI (test. According to the results, it could be declared that the visual projection test designed to evaluate PTSD possesses an acceptable validity and can be used by psychologists and psychiatrists.
