چکیده:
مقدمه و هدف: هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی اثر بخشی فراشناخت درمانی ولز بر کاهش اضطراب، افزایش شادکامی، ارتقاء سطح هوش هیجانی و اصلاح راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان در دانشآموزان پسر دورهی دوم مقطع متوسطهی شهرستان خمینیشهر بود. روش شناسی: جامعهی آماری شامل کلیهی دانشآموزان پسر دورهی دوم مقطع متوسطهی شهرستان خمینیشهر بود. نمونهی آماری شامل 30 نفر از دانشآموزان بود که به روش خوشهای چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش عبارت بودند از: پرسشنامهی اضطراب بک (1988)، پرسشنامهی شادکامی آکسفورد (1990)، پرسشنامهی هوش هیجانی بار- ان (1998) و پرسشنامهی تنظیم شناختی هیجان گارنسفکی (2002). 30 نفر منتخب به شکل تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند؛ در حالی که اعضای گروه کنترل در لیست انتظار بودند، اعضای گروه آزمایش در معرض 7 جلسهی فراشناخت درمانی ولز قرار گرفتند. هر دو گروه در سه مرحلهی پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و پیگیری در زمینهی متغیرهای وابسته مورد ارزشیابی قرار گرفتند. دادههای گردآوری شده به کمک آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف استاندارد) و آمار استنباطی (تحلیل واریانس با اندازههای تکراری) تحلیل شدند؛ تحلیلها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS انجام شدند. نتایج: نتایج تحلیل آماری نشان داد که فراشناخت درمانی ولز بر کاهش اضطراب، افزایش شادکامی، ارتقاء سطح هوش هیجانی و اصلاح راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی تاثیر معناداری دارد. نتیجهگیری: به این ترتیب میتوان نتیجه گرفت که فراشناخت درمانی ولز بر کاهش اضطراب، افزایش شادکامی، ارتقاء سطح هوش هیجانی و اصلاح راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان دانشآموزان پسر دورهی دوم مقطع متوسطه موثر است.
Introduction & purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of Wells metacognitive therapy on reducing anxiety, increasing happiness, improving emotional intelligence and modifying strategies cognitive emotional regulation in junior high school boys of Khomeinishahr city. Methodology: The statistical population was composed of all junior high school boys of Khomeinishahr city. The sample consisted of 30 students who were selected randomly through multi-stage cluster sampling method. The research instrument were Beck anxiety questionnaire (1998), oxford happiness questionnaire (1998), Bar-on emotional intelligence questionnaire (1998) and Garnefski Cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire (2002). 30 of selected students were divided inexperimental group (15) and control group (15). Experimental group recived 7 sessions of metacognitive therapy while control group was in waiting list. In both group dependents variables were evaluated in pretest, posttest and follow-up. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Repeated Measures Variance Analysis). The data were analyzed by SPSS. Results: The result indicated that Wells’ metacognitive therapy on reducing anxiety, increasing happiness, improving emotional intelligence and modifying strategies cognitive emotional regulation have been significant effects. Conclusion: Regarding to result, Wells metacognitive therapy is effective on reducing anxiety, increasing happiness, improving emotional intelligence and modifying strategies cognitive emotional regulation in junior high school boys of Khomeinishahr city.
