چکیده:
مقدمه و هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر تاثیر تمرینات وای فیت بر مهارت هماهنگی دستی در افراد دارای بیماری پارکینسون بود. روش شناسی: روش تحقیق دراین پژوهش نیمه تجربی است.پژوهش حاضربا دو گروه تجربی باطرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون انجام گرفته هست. نمونه شامل بر 24 نفر که شرایط لازم برای شرکت در پژوهش را داشتند. این تعداد بطور تصادفی در دو گروه، 12 نفر قرار گرفتند. فرم رضایت نامه افراد منظورگردید. درآغاز طرح پژوهش افراد در پیش آزمون پردو شرکت نمودند و اطلاعات مربوطه به عنوان نمرات پیش آزمون ثبت شد. .پس ازجمع آوری اطلاعات مداخله های تمرینی آغازگردید. نتایج: از آمار توصیفی برای توصیف، طبقهبندی و تنظیم نمرات خام استفاده شد و در بخش آمار استنباطی برای اطمینان از طبیعی بودن توزیع دادهها از آزمون شاپیرو-ویلک، برای تعیین تجانس واریانس ها از آزمون لوین استفاده شد. همچنین برای آزمون فرضیهها از آزمون تی و تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیری (مانکوا) استفاده شد. کلیه تحلیلها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 20 ، در سطح معناداری 05/0p< انجام گردید. نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که تاثیر تمرینات وای فیت بر مهارت هماهنگی دستی در افراد دارای بیماری پارکینسون تاثیر مثبت دارد
Introduction & Purpose: The aim of the present study was the effects of wii fit training on hand coordination skills in people with Parkinson's disease. Methodology: The research in this quasi-experimental study Purpose: The purpose of the present two experimental with pre-test and post-test performed well. The sample included 24 eligible patients to participate in research a number of randomly into two groups, 12 patients were treated. Consent of Mnzvrgrdyd. Results The results showed that the errorful with high propensity of reinvestment and errorless with low propensity of reinvestment groups outperforming significantly than other groups in the retention and transfer tests. Whereas, the errorless with low propensity of reinvestment performed superior significantly than other groups in under pressure condition. Conclusion: The results showed that the effect of training was significant on hand coordination skills in people with Parkinson's disease.
