چکیده:
< p>هدف: هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر تعیین وضعیت جو سازمانی و میزان فرسودگی شغلی کتابداران در کتابخانههای عمومی استان آذربایجانغربی و همچنین رابطه بین جو سازمانی با فرسودگی شغلی بود. روش: روش تحقیق حاضر، تحلیلی – پیمایشی از نوع کاربردی بوده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کل کتابداران کتابخانههای عمومی استان آذربایجانغربی تشکیل میدهد که180 نفر است. برای گردآوری دادههای پژوهش از پرسشنامه جو سازمانی کلایمت کوال و پرسشنامه فرسودگی شغلی مسلش استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها در سطح آمار توصیفی از میانگین، انحراف معیار، جدول و نمودار و برای پاسخ به فرضیههای پژوهش از آزمون ضریب همبستگی و آزمون تی تک نمونهای استفاده گردید. یافتهها: میانگین نمره جو سازمانی و فرسودگی شغلی کتابداران در کتابخانههای عمومی استان آذربایجانغربی به ترتیب (31/41 ±77/176) و( 18/17 ±35/51) برآورد گردید. میانگین نمره فرسودگی شغلی کتابداران با توجه به متغیرهایی همچون جنسیت، سابقه خدمت و رشته تحصیلی تفاوت معناداری با همدیگر نداشته است(p < 0.05). میانگین نمره جو سازمانی در بین کتابداران از لحاظ رشته تحصیلی تفاوت معناداری با همدیگر نداشته است(p < 0.05)؛ اما بین سابقه کار و نگرش کارکنان به جو سازمانی کتابخانهها ارتباط معناداری مشاهده گردید(P> 0.05) و آزمون آماری نشان داد که بین جو سازمانی و فرسودگی شغلی ارتباط معناداری وجود ندارد(p < 0.05). اصالت/ارزش: این مقاله را میتوان در زمره اولین پژوهشهایی قلمداد کرد که به بررسی رابطه بین جو سازمانی کتابخانهها و فرسودگی شغلی کتابداران کتابخانههای عمومی پرداخته است.
Objective: This study aimed to determine the current status of organizational climate and occupational burnout among librarians working in public libraries located in Western Azerbaijan province in Iran and the possible relationship between them. Method: This applied study was an analytical survey. Research population included all librarians working in public libraries located in Western Azerbaijan, Iran. For data collection, Climate Quall Questionnaire and Meslesh's Occupational Burnout Questionnaire were used for measuring organizational climate and occupational burnout, respectively. In descriptive statistical level, mean, SD, tables and charts were used and for testing research hypotheses, correlational test and one-sample t-test were applied. Results: The mean rates of organizational climate and occupational burnout were 176.77±41.31 and 51.35±17.18 from views of the librarians, respectively. The mean rates of librarians' occupational burnout were not significantly different by their gender, working length, and academic level. The mean rates of organizational climate were not significantly different among librarians by their academic levels. This difference was significant by their working length (p Conclusion: There was no significant relationship between organizational climate and occupational burnout. This study can be considered as one of the first studies on relationship between organizational climate and occupational burnout from views of librarians working in public libraries.
