چکیده:
هدف پژوهش بررسی بررسی تأثیر خودشیفتگی مدیران بر سکوت سازمانی معلمان با نقش میانجی ریاکاری سازمانی بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی بود. 255 دبیر متوسطه دوم شهر زاهدان به شیوه نمونهگیری تصادفی- طبقهای (بر حسب جنسیت) از طریق سه پرسشنامه خودشیفتگی (قریشیراد، 1394)، ریاکاری سازمانی (اقتباس از هادوینژاد و همکاران، 1389) و سکوت سازمانی (وانداین، آنگ و بوترو، 2003) مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدل معادلات ساختاری با کمک نرامافزارهای اس پی اس اس و لیزرل استفاده شد. بر اساس یافتهها مقدار ضریب همبستگی بین خودشیفتگی مدیران و ریاکاری سازمانی معلمان (001/0, p=407/0r=)، خودشیفتگی مدیران و سکوت سازمانی معلمان (001/0, p= 398/0r=) و ریاکاری سازمانی و سکوت سازمانی معلمان (001/0, p=331/0r=) مثبت و معنادار بود. اثر مستقیم خودشیفتگی مدیران بر سکوت سازمانی معلمان (54/4, t=36/0β=)، اثر مستقیم خودشیفتگی مدیران بر ریاکاری سازمانی معلمان (59/6, t=45/0β=)، و اثر مستقیم ریاکاری سازمانی بر سکوت سازمانی معلمان (54/2, t=2/0β=) مبثت و معنادار بود. همچنین اثر غیرمستقیم خودشیفتگی مدیران بر سکوت سازمانی معلمان با میانجیگری ریاکاری سازمانی (09/0β=)، مثبت و معنادار بود. بنابراین میتوان نتیجهگیری کرد که خودشیفتگی مدیران هم به طور مستقیم و هم به طور مستقیم و از طریق متغیر میانجی ریاکاری سازمانی با سکوت سازمانی معلمان رابطه مثبت و معنادار دارد.

The indirect effect of manager’s narcissism and organizational silence was also significant with the mediator role of organizational hypocrisy (β=0.09)
