چکیده:
پژوهش حاضر با هدف تحولگرایی در مدیریت مدارس بر اساس الگوی جامع همکاری طراحی و اجرا گردید. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف، به صورت کاربردی و با توجه به نوع داده، به صورت ترکیبی از نوع اکتشافی بود. میدان پژوهش شامل صاحبنظران مطلع و مسلط به موضوع پژوهش بود که با روش نمونهگیری هدفمند و اصل اشباع نظری 25 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. این افراد شامل مدیران، معاونان، کارشناسان و معلمان آگاه به موضوع پژوهش بودند. در بخش کمی جامعة آماری شامل کلیة مدیران کل، معاونان و کارشناسان ارشد ادارات کل آموزش و پرورش استان های غربی کشور در سال 1398 بودند که تعداد آنان بر اساس برآوردهای انجام شده حدود 6000 نفر بود؛ که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری دردسترس و جدول کرجسی- مورگان به تعداد 361 نفر انتخاب شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها در مرحله کیفی با استفاده از تحلیل محتوا و فرآیند کدگذاری باز و محوری صورت گرفت و در مرحله کمی از آمار استنباطی (معادلات ساختاری و تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی) و با استفاده از نرم افزارهای اس پی اس اس و لیزرل استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد عوامل مؤثر بر همکاری آموزش و پرورش جهت تحقق اهداف سند تحول آموزش و پرورش عبارتند از فرهنگ سازمانی، ایمنی، آینده نگری، نگرش سیستمی و توسعة سیاسی. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که عوامل مؤثر بر همکاری آموزش و پرورش (فرهنک، ایمنی ، آینده نکری، نگرش و توسعه ) بر متغیر همکاری آموزش و پرورش تاثیری به میزان 66/0 دارد.
The present study was designed and conducted with the aim of transformationalism in school management based on a comprehensive model of cooperation. Research method in terms of purpose, applied; in terms of data collection method, it was descriptive and according to the type of data, it was a combination of exploratory type. The statistical population in the qualitative section included all experts and teachers fluent in the subject of research who were selected by purposive sampling method and the principle of theoretical saturation 25 people. In a small part of the statistical population, including all managers in the education councils of the western provinces of Iran in 1398, which amounted to 6000 people; Using simple random sampling method and Morgan's table, 361 people were selected. Data analysis was performed in the qualitative stage using content analysis and axial coding process and in the quantitative stage of inferential statistics (structural equations, heuristic factor analysis and t-test) using SPSS and LISREL software. Findings showed that the factors affecting the cooperation of education to achieve the goals of the Education Transformation Document are organizational culture, safety, foresight, systemic attitude and political development.The present study was designed and conducted with the aim of transformationalism in school management based on a comprehensive model of cooperation. يافته ها نشان داد عوامل مؤثر بر همکاري آموزش وپرورش به منظور تحقق اهداف سند تحول آموزش وپرورش عبارت اند از: فرهنگ سازماني ، ايمني، آينده نگري ، نگرش سيستمي و توسعۀ سياسي.
يافته ها به منظور شناسايي مؤلفه هاي مدل جامع همکاري آموزش وپرورش و شهرداريها جهت تحقق اهداف سند تحول آموزش وپرورش و همچنين بخش عوامل مؤثر بر مدل جامع همکاري آموزش وپرورش از بررسيهاي کيفي و تحليل مصاحبه هاي تحقيق به صورت کدگذاري باز و محوري استفاده شد.
جدول (٣) چک ليست مربوط به نتايج تحليل محتواي مصاحبه در مورد ابعاد مدل جامع و عوامل مؤثر بر همکاري آموزش وپرورش و شهرداريها براي تحقق اهداف سند تحول آموزش وپرورش آورده شده است .
نتايج کدگذاري باز کد کد (به تصویر صفحه رجوع شود) (به تصویر صفحه رجوع شود) (به تصویر صفحه رجوع شود) درنهايت تعداد ٧٤ کد از مصاحبه هاي تحقيق شناسايي شد که اين کدها ابعاد مدل جامع و عوامل مؤثر بر همکاري آموزش وپرورش و شهرداريها براي تحقق اهداف سند تحول آموزش وپرورش را نشان داد.
همان طور که مشخص است ، عوامل شناساييشده در اين تحقيق بر روي مدل جامع همکاري آموزش وپرورش و ديگر ارگان ها براي تحقق اهداف سند تحول آموزش وپرورش تأثير معناداري داشته اند.
تحقيق حاضر مشخص کرد که در مسير بهبود همکاري آموزش وپرورش و شهرداري ها براي تحقق اهداف سند تحول آموزش وپرورش بايد به توسعۀ سياسي نيز توجه شود.
