چکیده:
امروزه کاربرد مداخلات خانوادهمحور بهعنوان یکی از رویآوردهای مهم پیشگیری از آسیبهای روانشناختی برای کودکان پیشدبستانی، مورد توجه متخصصان و والدین قرار گرفته است. ولی آیا روش مداخلهای بازیهای متداول در محیط فرهنگی میتواند از شدت نشانههای بیتابی کودکان بکاهد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی آموزش بازیهای متداول در محیط فرهنگی متناسبسازی شده به مادران و اثربخشی آن بر شدت نشانههای بیتابی کودکان پیشدبستانی بود. روش پژوهشی نیمه آزمایشی با پیشآزمون که با استفاده از انتخاب تصادفی 10 مرکز و سپس 53 نوآموز که دارای رفتار بیتابی تشخیص داده شدند، انتخاب شدند. سپس با توجه به شرایط ورود آزمودنیها، تعداد 24 نفر از مادران آزمودنیها انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش در 10 جلسه بازیهای متداول در محیط فرهنگی بومی شده شرکت کردند و گروه گواه هیچگونه آموزشی دریافت نکردند. دادهها با استفاده از مدل آماری تحلیل واریانس اندازهگیریهای مکرر مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج تحلیل دادهها حکایت از تأثیر معنادار بازیهای متداول در محیط فرهنگی متناسبسازی شده بر نشانههای بالینی اختلال رفتار بیتابی کودکان داشت. بنابراین میتوان گفت که مدل بومی بازیهای متداول در محیط فرهنگی میتواند شدت نشانههای بیتابی کودکان مادران شرکتکننده در جلسات بازیدرمانی را کاهش دهد و نتایج آن بهعنوان یک رویآورد جدید در زمینه مداخلات زودهنگام روانشناختی در اختیار روانشناسان حوزه کودکان دارای اختلال رفتاری دوران کودکی قرار گیرد.
Currently family based Therapies have been considered one of the important approaches to prevent children from psychological pathologies these approaches have been acknowledged by parents and professionals as well. Therefore customizing intervention programs have been highly suggested by professionals. Aim: aim of the current study was studying the effectiveness of customized play therapy (CPT( in reduction of symptoms of restlessness in children. To fulfill the stated goal from preschool centers, 10 preschools were selected by means of random sampling and from this universe (574 children) based on principals report, and information contained in childrenchr('39')s academic records, 53 preschoolers ages 4-6 were selected. These children were screened based on researcher made questionnaires to ensure that all have symptoms of restlessness in the spectrum from light to sever. Then 24 mothers of these children were selected and were placed in experimental and control groups. Experimental group were placed in intervention condition lasting for 10 sessions, while the control group received no treatment data were analyzed by repeated measure Anova. Results: results of the study indicated customized play therapy was effective in reducing restless childrenchr('39')s symptoms. Therefore, it is to say that customized play therapy was an effective approach in reducing symptoms. These data have been discussed interims of usefulness for psychologist.
