چکیده:
زمینه: اختلال وسواس یک بیماری جدی و ناتوان کننده اما قابل درمان است. نشخوارهای ذهنی و اضطراب اجتماعی از جمله مسائل روانشناختی رایج در بیماران وسواسی است. اثربخشی آموزش ذهن آگاهی در حیطه های مختلف ثابت شده است اما بر نشخوار ذهنی و اضطراب اجتماعی بیماران وسواسی مغفول مانده است. هدف: این پژوهش با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش ذهن آگاهی بر نشخوار ذهنی زنان دارای وسواس انجام شد. روش: این پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه گواه بود. در میان زنان دارای وسواس مراجعه کننده به کلینیک های شهر تهران در نیمه اول سال 1398 به روش در دسترس 30 نفر انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی و گواه قرار گرفتند. شرکت کنندگان مقیاس نشخوار ذهنی نولن هوکسما و مارو (1993) و مقیاس اضطراب اجتماعی کانور و همکاران (2000) تکمیل کردند. جلسات آموزش ذهن آگاهی (کابات زین، 2003) در 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه ای برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد اما برای گروه گواه، هیچگونه مداخله ای اعمال نشد. داده ها با روش تحلیل کواریانس تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد که آموزش ذهن آگاهی باعث کاهش نشخوارهای ذهنی و اضطراب اجتماعی در گروه آزمایش شد (0/005(p. نتیجه گیری: می توان به منظور کاهش نشخوار ذهنی و اضطراب اجتماعی بیماران وسواسی و بهبود آنها از آموزش ذهن آگاهی استفاده کرد.
Background: Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a serious, debilitating but treatable disease. Ruminations and social anxiety are common psychological problems in patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder. The effectiveness of mindfulness training has been proven in various domains, but has been neglected the rumination and social anxiety in patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder. Aims: This study was conducted aiming to determine the effectiveness of mindfulness training on the rumination in women with obsessive-compulsive disorder. Method: This study was quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test design with control group. Among women with obsessive-compulsive disorder referring to the clinics of the city of Tehran in the first half of the year 2019, 30 people were selected by convenience sampling and were randomly assignes to experimental and control groups. Participants completed Nolen Hoxma and Morrow (1993) Rumination Scale and Connor et al. (2000) Social Anxiety Scale. Mindfulness training sessions (Kabat-Zinn, 2003) were implemented for experimental group in eight 90-minute sessions, but no intervention was provided for the control group. The data were analyzed by analysis of covariance. Results: Results showed that mindfulness training reduced rumination and social anxiety in the experimental group (pConclusions: Mindfulness training can be used to reduce rumination and social anxiety in patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder.
