چکیده:
زمینه: تفکّر انتقادی فرآیندی است که صمیمیت زوجین را تحت تأثیر قرار می دهد. اما مسئله اینست: آیا تفکر انتقادی بر سرمایه روانشناختی و صمیمیت زنان و مردان متأهل تأثیر دارد؟ هدف: اثربخشی آموزش تفکر انتقادی بر افزایش سرمایه روانشناختی و صمیمیت زنان و مردان متأهل شهر تهران بود. روش: طرح این پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیشآزمون - پسآزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه ی آماری این پژوهش، را کلیه زوجین شهر تهران که در سال 1398 بهمنظور حل مشکلات زناشویی خود به مراکز مشاوره ای منطقه 2 تهران مراجعه کردند تشکیل دادند. نمونه پژوهش شامل 90 نفر از زوجین مراجع کننده به مرکز مشاوره بود که به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و بهصورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گروه گواه گمارده شدند. پژوهش با کمک پرسشنامه سرمایه های روانشناختی لوتانز و همکاران و صمیمیّت زناشویی اولیاء جمعآوری شد. ابزار عبارتند از: سرمایه روانشناختی مک گی (2011)، پرسشنامه صمیمیت زناشویی اولیاء (1385) و پروتکل آموزشی تفکر انتقادی: محتوای آموزشی تفکر انتقادی فیشر (2005) و مایرز (1986). داده ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیری (MANCOVA) مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته ها: آموزش تفکر انتقادی بر سرمایه روانشناختی و صمیمیت زناشویی زوجین تأثیر داشت (0/001≥p). نتیجه گیری: آموزش تفکر انتقادی می تواند منجر به افزایش سرمایه روانشناختی و صمیمیت زناشویی زوجین شود و خانواده درمانگران می توانند از این روش آموزشی برای بهبود روابط زناشویی زوجین ایرانی استفاده کنند
Background: Critical thinking is a process that affects couples intimacy. But the question is: does critical thinking affect the psychological capital and intimacy of married men and women? Aims: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of critical thinking training on increasing psychological capital and intimacy of married men and women in Tehran. Method: The design of this study was quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest with control group. The statistical population of this study consisted of all couples who referred to counseling centers in Tehran 2 in order to resolve their marital problems. The sample consisted of 90 couples referring to counseling center who were selected by convenience sampling and were randomly assigned into two experimental and control groups. The research was conducted with the help of Lutz et al. Questionnaire of psychological capital and parentchr('39')s marital intimacy. Tools include McGeechr('39')s Psychological Capital (2011), Parenting Marital Intimacy Questionnaire (2006), and Critical Thinking Educational Protocol: Fisherchr('39')s Critical Thinking Educational Content (2005) and Myers (1986). Data were analyzed using multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA). Results: Critical thinking training had an effect on psychological capital and marital intimacy of couples (p≥0/001).
Conclusions: Critical thinking training can increase psychological capital and marital intimacy of couples and therapistschr('39') families can use this educational method to improve the marital relationship of Iranian couples.
