چکیده:
زمینه: اختلال وسواسی - جبری یکی از شایعترین و ناتوان کننده ترین اختلالات روانشناختی است. پژوهش های زیادی به بررسی اثربخشی ذهن آگاهی و مواجهه بر بهبود اختلال وسواس پرداختهاند، اما مسئله اصلی این است که بین مواجهه، ذهن آگاهی و ذهن آگاهی مواجهه به صورت تلفیقی کدام یک بر اختلال وسواس زنان تأثیر بیشتری دارد؟ هدف: مقایسه اثربخشی مواجهه، ذهن آگاهی و ذهن آگاهی - مواجهه به صورت تلفیقی، بر اختلال وسواس در زنان شهر اراک بود. روش: پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون – پس آزمون با پیگیری سه ماهه و گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری شامل زنان 25 تا 40 ساله شهر اراک بود، 64 به صورت هدفمند به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند، 16 نفر در گروه مواجهه (فوآ، یادین و لیچنر،2012)، 16 نفر درگروه ذهن آگاهی (سیرز، 2015)، 16 نفر در گروه تلفیقی (استراس و همکاران، 2015) و 16 نفردرگروه گواه به صورت تصادفی گمارده شدند. ابزار پژوهش عبارتند از: مقیاس وسواس ییل بروان (دادفر، بوالهری، ملکوتی و بیان زاده، 1380)، مصاحبه بالینی (شادلو و شهریور، 1396)، تشخیص روان پزشک و پرسشنامه افسردگی بک (رجبی و کارجوکسمائی، 1391). تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون طرح های آمیخته ی 2 طرفه انجام شد. یافتهها: روش ذهن آگاهی، مواجهه و تلفیقی در مقایسه با گروه گواه به طور معناداری در کاهش علائم وسواس اثربخش بودند (0/05P). روش مواجهه سازی و تلفیقی در مقایسه با ذهن آگاهی به شکل معناداری در بهبود علائم وسواس اثربخشتر بودند و بین روش مواجهه و ذهن آگاهی تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد (0/05P). نتیجه گیری: مواجهه در بهبود علائم اختلال وسواس اثربخش بود و علائم وسواس را کاهش داد.
Background: Obsessive-compulsive disorder is one of the most common and disabling psychological disorders. Many studies have investigated the effectiveness of mindfulness and exposure on the improvement of obsessive-compulsive disorder, but the key question is which of the two combinations of exposure, mindfulness, and mindfulness of exposure is most effective on obsessive-compulsive disorder in women? Aims: To compare the effects of exposure, mindfulness and mindfulness-exposure consciousness on combined obsessive-compulsive disorder in Arak women. Method: This was a quasi-experimental study with pre-test and post-test with 3-month follow-up and control group. The statistical population consisted of 25-40 year-old women in Shahrak, 64 were purposively selected, 16 in the exposure group (Fua, Yadin & Leicner, 2012), 16 in the consciousness group (Sears, 2015), 16 in the integrated group (16). Strauss et al., 2015) and 16 control groups were randomly assigned. Research instruments include: Yale Brwan Obsessive-Compulsive Scale (Dadfar, Bouhalari, Malekouti, and Bayanzadeh, 2001), Clinical Interview (Shadloo & Shahrivar, 1396), Psychiatristchr('39')s Diagnosis and Beck Depression Inventory (Rajabi and Karjouxmaee, 2012). Data analysis was performed using two-way mixed designs test. Results: Mindfulness, exposure and integration methods were significantly effective in reducing obsessive-compulsive symptoms compared to the control group (PConclusions: Exposure was effective in improving OCD symptoms and symptoms).
