چکیده:
أصبحت کربلاء بعد استشهاد الإمام الحسین علیه السّلام مقصدًا للزوار من محبی أهل البیت علیهم السّلام، کما قصد مجاورتها عدد کبیر منهم فتشکل شیا فشیتًا نواة مدینة صغیرة وتحولت بعد قرول إلی مدینة دینیّة کبیرة و نشأت فیها حوزة علمیة فصارت مأوی أفثدة العلماء وطلبة العلم من کل حدب وصوب لینهلوا من علومها، حیث ضمُت بین أحضانها کثیرًا من العلماء والأسر العلمیة التی أدّت دورًا باررًا ومهمًا فی الدفاع عنهاء والمساهمة فی نهضتها العلمیة والفکریة، وکان لهم دور کبیر فی الأحداث التی حصلت فی عصرهم؛ ومن هذه الأسر أسرة آل الداماد: وهی کلمة فارسیة تعنی الصهر باللغة العربیة، وعرف آل الداماد الشهیر بالسید صالح عرب المعروف بالداماتی لمصاهرة والده العلامة السید علی الطباطبائی (صاحب الریاض) علی کریمتهء وقد ترعرع فی أحضان أسرة عرفت بأثیل المجد ورفیع الشرفء وتلقفَ علومه الدینیة علی أیدی أساتذة ومشایخ عرفوا بالتقوی وسعة الاطلاعء منهم: والده السید حسن؛ وخاله السید مهدی الطباطبائی» وخاله الآخر السید محمد المجاهد الطباطبائی» وشریف العلماء والسید إبراهیم صاحب الضوابط ثم اشتغل بالوظائف الشرعیة والتدریس والمرجعیة وشارک مع أحرار کربلاء فی واقعة محمد نجیب باشا فی ذی الحجة عام 1258ه، المؤرّخة بلفظة (غدیر دم) › ومن أبرز آئاره العلمیة: الروضة البهیة،المهذّب فی الأصول أو مهذب القوانین، التجزی والاجتهاد.
Kerbala became a destination for the prophet (p. b. u. h.) progeny’s followers
after Imam Hussein’s martyrdom. Many others intended to settle in the city
and gradually a core of a small city grew and after centuries it became a big religious
city with a scientific hawza (a religious school) a place where students
from all over the world came to acquire knowledge of different sciences. The
city contained a lot of scholars and scientific families that played an important
and prominent role to defend it and to participate in its scientific and cultural
rise that enriched Kerbala with many sciences. They had also a great role in
the events that happened at their time. Scientific families appeared in Kerbala
that participated in its development and political events change. Among those
families was the family of Damad. It is a Persian word means son – in- law
in Arabic. He was known by Seyed Mohammed Salih bin Seyed Hassan bin
Seyed Yousif Al Mosewi entitled (Arab) Al Ha’iri, known by Damad, due
to his father’s marriage with the daughter of scholar Seyed Ali Al Tebateba’i
(Sahib Al Reyadh). He was brought up within a glorified and honorable family.
He received his religious sciences under the supervision of teachers and
sheikhs known by glory and high knowledge, such as his father Seyed Hassan,
his uncle Seyed Mehdi Tebateba’i Sherif ul Ulema, and Seyed Ibrahim (Sahib
Al Dhewabit). Then, he worked in the legal occupations, teaching, and religious
reference. He took part in the battle of Mohammed Najeeb with Kerbala
liberal people in Thi Al Hujja month (1258 H.) dated with the word (Ghadear
Dem). His most prominent writings were Zehr ul Reyadh, it is a margin to
Reyadh Al Mesa’il, Sefa’ Al Reodha, , it is a margin to Al Reodha Al Beheyah,
Al Muhethb fe Al Uosul or muhethb Al Qewanean, and Al Tejeri we Al Ijtihad
