چکیده:
هدف: این تحقیق به بررسی نقش خانههای دوم گردشگری در تنوع بخشی به اقتصاد روستایی و بهبود ایجاد فرصتهای شغلی
و درآمد ساکنین دائمی در روستاهای دهستان حصار ولیعصر میپردازد.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی و روش مورد استفاده از نوع تحلیلی- توصیفی است. برای گردآوری دادهها با بهرهگیری از
روشهای میدانی, از تعداد ۳۵۸ خانوار ساکن دایمی در روستاهای نمونهء با روش نمونهگیری کوکران ۱۷۰ مورد انتخاب شد.
برای تحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای آماری از قبیل ویلکاکسون. 1 تک نمونهای, کروسکال والیس و همبستگی اسپیرمن استفاده
گردید.
بافتهها: نتایج مطالعه بیانگر وجود تفاوت معناداری در دو دوره زمانی قبل و بعد از گسترش خانههای دوم در مولفههای تنوع
بیشترین و مولفه ایجاد اشتغال در زمینه کشاورزی کمترین میزان را نشان میدهد. علاوه بر این نتیجه رتبهبندی شاخص های
تنوع بخشی به اقتصاد روستایی نیز نشان میدهد که روستاهای چنگوره و اسماعیلآباد بالاترین میزان و روستاهای قرهبلاغ و
آبدره پایینترین جایگاه 9 داشتهاند.
محدودیتها: مهمترین محدودیتهای این تحقیق عبارتند از: همکاری اندک برخی از مسئولین محلی و فقدان اطلاعات در
مورد خانههای دوم و تعداد آنها در روستاهای مورد بررسی.
راهکارهای عملی: با توجه به یافتههای تحقیق که نشان دهنده تاثیر مثبت توسعه گردشگری خانههای دوم در ایجاد تنوع در
فعالیتهای اقتصادی مناطق روستایی از دیدگاه ساکنین محلی است. میتوان از آن به عنوان ابزاری در راستای نیل به توسعه
پایدار روستایی در مناطق روستایی و بویژه روستاهای در معرض تخلیه استفاده کرد.
اصالت/ ارزش: اهمیت پژوهش حاضر در این است که تاثیرات گسترش خانههای دوم گردشگری در تنوع بخشی به اقتصاد
کشاورزی در توسعه روستایی و9 نگهداشت جمعیت در مناطق روستایی مورد استفاده قرار کیرد.
Purpose: This study investigats the role of tourism second homes in rural economy diversification and improvement of creating jobs and income opportunities of permanent residents in the Hesar-e- Valiasr Dehestan. Methodology: This research is applied and the method is analytical– descriptive. Data collected by the use of field studies, from a total number of 358 permanent households in sample settlements, 170 respondents were selected by using Cochran formula. For data analysis, statistical tests such as Wilcoxon, One sample T test, Kruskal Wallis and Spearman correlation coefficient were used. Finding: The results of the study show a significant difference in diversification of rural economy in the periods before and after expanding second homes from the perspective of the respondents in the study area, so that the indicators of non- agricultural job creation and improvement of manufacturing infrastructures show the highest rate respectively and the index of job creation in were highly affected respectively and the index of job creation in agricultural activities shows the lowest. Furthermore, the result of the ranking of economic diversification indicators shows that the villages of Changureh and Esmaelabad had the highest and the villages of Abdareh and Qarabolagh are of the lowest rank. Research limitations: The most important limitations of the study are: Low cooperation of some local authorities, the lack of information about second homes, and their numbers in studied villages. Practical implications: Research findings indicate the positive impact of second homes tourism development in diversification of economic activities in rural areas from the local residents’ viewpoints, It can be used as a tool to achieve sustainable development in rural areas, particularly in villages exposed to depopulation. Original/value: The importance of this research is to investigate the impacts of expanding tourism second homes in rural economic diversification in the study area. Therefore, the research finding can be used in the explanation of the role of non- agricultural activities and population maintenance in rural areas.
