چکیده:
ﻫﺪف از اﻧﺠﺎم اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ اﻫﻤﺎل ﮐﺎری ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ و ﺧﻮدﭘﻨﺪاره ﺑﺎ اﻧﮕﯿﺰه ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ در داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﺑﻮد. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ در زﻣﺮه ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻫﺎی ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ-ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری آن ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن داﻧﺸﮕﺎه آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﯽ واﺣﺪ ﺗﻬﺮان ﻣﺮﮐﺰ ﻣﺸﻐﻮل ﺑﻪ ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻞ در ﺳﺎل ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ 90-91 ﺑﻮد( 887 ﻧﻔﺮ). ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن و ﮐﺮﺟﺴﯽ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ و ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮی ﺑﺎ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮی ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﭼﻨﺪﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ ای اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. ﭘﺲ از ﺣﺬف ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎی ﻣﺨﺪوش و ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﻧﺸﺪه اﯾﻦ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﻪ 150 ﻧﻔﺮ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺖ. ﺑﺮای ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎی ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ اﻫﻤﺎل ﮐﺎری ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ ﺳﻮﻟﻮﻣﻮن و راﺛﺒﻠﻮم، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺧﻮدﭘﻨﺪاره راﺟﺮز و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﻧﮕﯿﺰش ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ ﻫﺮﻣﻨﺲ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ اﻫﻤﺎل ﮐﺎری ﺑﺎ اﻧﮕﯿﺰش ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن، ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﻨﻔﯽ و ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار و ﺑﯿﻦ ﺧﻮدﭘﻨﺪاره و اﻧﮕﯿﺰش ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار وﺟﻮد داﺷﺖ. اﻫﻤﺎل ﮐﺎری ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ و ﺧﻮدﭘﻨﺪاره 31/4 درﺻﺪ از اﻧﮕﯿﺰش ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ را ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ ﮐﺮد. اﻫﻤﺎل ﮐﺎری ﮐﻠﯽ( 0/489-=Beta )ﺳﻬﻢ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮی در ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ اﻧﮕﯿﺰش ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن دارد؛ ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان ﺑﺎ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ اﻫﻤﺎل ﮐﺎری ﺑﻪ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ اﻧﮕﯿﺰش ﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ اﻣﯿﺪوار ﺑﻮد، ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺧﻮدﭘﻨﺪاره ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻬﻢ ﮐﻤﮏ ﮐﺮد.
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between academic
procrastination and self-concept and achievement motivation among students. The study
is descriptive correlational research. The target population included all students of
Islamic Azad University of Tehran was studying in the academic year 90-91 (887 cases).
A sample using Morgan table and Krejcie identified and sampled with multi-stage
random sampling was performed. After removal of flawed and incomplete
questionnaires, the sample was reduced to 150. To measure these variables questionnaire
Solomon and Rasblum academic procrastination, questioning Rogers, and Hermans
Achievement Motivation Questionnaire was used. The results showed that the negligence
of student achievement motivation, there was a significant negative correlation. There
was a significant positive correlation between self-concept and achievement motivation.
31. 4% of academic procrastination and self-motivation to be explained. General
negligence (Beta=-0. 489) greater share in predicting students' achievement motivation.
Therefore, we can reduce procrastination had hoped to increasing motivation, also helped
boost to this important concept.
