چکیده:
مطالعه حال حاضر با هدف ارزيابي ريسک پولشويي در موسسات مالي و بانکي،سازمان ها خط و مشي گذاران مبارزه با پولشويي
و تحريم انجام شده است،هدف اين مقاله از ان جهت به بيان مسله ميپردازد که پولشويي نتنها يک تهديد بزرگ براي انحراف
ساختارهاي اقتصاد کلن،بلکه اين مسله براي ساختار ها سياسي و اقتصادي کشور همسايه و در و در وهله بعدي کل جهان اسيب
زننده است .يکي از مهم ترين اتفاقاتي که بعد از جنگ جهاني اول و دوم رخ داد ايجاد ساختار ها و سازمان هايي بودند که تلش
انها براي محافظت از جهان براي جلوگيري از جنگ جهاني و قتل عام ديگر بود.هدف مقاله توصيف سازمان هاي مالي است که
سيستم هاي مالي جهان را مورد تحقيق قرار داده است،مانند، اتحاديه اروپا ، صندوق بيت المللي پول،گروه ويژه اقدام مالي،کميته
نظارتي بانکي بازل و در چند دهه گذشته چه مقدار موفق بوده اند.يکي از نتيجه ها اين مقاله مطالعه تاثير گذار بودن مبارزه با
پولشويي و تحريم ها است. کامپفر و لوونبرگ "درجه از تحريم ها ير بر اين مليت ها تحمبل مبکند که مريوط به تعداد و اندازه
کشور ها که علقه به ادامه تجارت در انتعاف پذيري پيشنهادات تجاري اين کشور ها است.( Kaempfer and
Lowenberg ,2007, p.875)
The present study aims to describe the money laundering and financial institutes and sanctions
policy maker’s organizations, The motivation of this paper for definition of problem is not only
money laundering is a great threat for countries macroeconomics systems deflection, but also
its traumatizing for instability of political and economic system of neighbor countries and
afterwards all worldwide.one of the most important thing that occurred after first and second
world war was establishment of organization that their job and efforts are to protect the world
form another world war and massacres as well. The paper purpose is to introduce financial
organization that influence worldwide financial systems such as European union, International
monetary fund(IMF), ,Financial action Task Force(FATF), Basel Committee on Bank
supervision and how successful they were in the past decades One of results of the present paper
is study of money laundering and embargoes efficiency and proceeds that As Kaempfer and
Lowenberg describe, “the degree to which the sanctions impose costs on these nations depends
on the number and size of other countries willing to continue trading and on the elasticities of
the trade offers of those countries.” (Kaempfer and Lowenberg ,2007, p.875).
