چکیده:
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف اثربخشی آموزش گروهی مهارتهای اجتماعی و ارتباطی با رویکرد شناختی-رفتاری بر سازگاری اجتماعی و تابآوری تحصیلی دانشجویان دختر شاهد و ایثارگر دانشگاههای دولتی شهرستان شهرکرد در سال 97 انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه دانشجویان دختر شاهد و ایثارگر دانشگاههای دولتی شهرکرد در سال 1397-98 بودند. روش: طرح پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی بهصورت پیش آزمون-پس آزمون-پیگیری با گروه کنترل بود. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه سازگاری اجتماعی کالیفرنیا (1939) و پرسشنامه تابآوری تحصیلی ساموئلز (2004) بود. مداخلات طی 10 جلسه 90 دقیقهای برای گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس اندازهگیری مکرر با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS-22 تحلیل شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد میانگین نمرات سازگاری اجتماعی و تابآوری تحصیلی در گروه آزمایش، افزایش معناداری در مرحله پسآزمون نسبت به گروه کنترل داشته است. یافتههای پژوهش حاکی از اثربخشی آموزش مهارتهای اجتماعی و ارتباطی بر سازگاری اجتماعی و تابآوری تحصیلی در دانشجویان شاهد و ایثارگر است و این تاثیر بعد از یک ماه و نیم ماندگار بود. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به افزایش سازگاری اجتماعی و تابآوری تحصیلی دانشجویان باید به نقش آموزش مهارتهای اجتماعی و ارتباطی به عنوان راهکاری برای بهبود سازگاری و تابآوری تحصیلی بیشتر توجه شود.
Aim: The purpose of this study was to investigate the
effectiveness of social and communication skills training
using cognitive-behavioral approach on social adjustment and
academic resilience in Shahrekord state universities female
students with martyred and veteran parents in 2019-2020. The
study population consisted of all female students of
Shahrekord state universities with martyred and veteran
parents in the academic year 2019-2020. Methods: The
research design was quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest
and control group. Research instruments were the California
Test of Social Adjustment (1939) and the Samuels Academic
Resilience Scale (2004).Interventions were performed within
10 90-minute sessions. Data were analyzed using repeated
measures analysis of variance in SPSS 22. Results: The mean
scores of social adjustment (P<0.001, Eta=0.38) and academic
resilience (P<0.05, Eta=0.16) showed a significant increase at
the post-test in the experimental group compared to the
control group and that effect lasted for a month and a half.
The findings of the present study indicate the effectiveness of
social and communication skills training on social adjustment
and academic resilience in students with martyred and veteran
parents. Conclusion: Given the increase of social adjustment
and academic resilience, students should pay more attention to
the role of social and communication skills training as a
strategy for improving academic adjustment and resilience.
