چکیده:
مقدمه و هدف پژوهش: با برپایی جشنوارههای فیلم اثرات مختلفی در کالبدشهری صورت میپذیرد. برخی اثرات در حوزه زیرساختها و کالبد فیزیکی شهرها و برخی دیگرمربوط به تغییرات در کالبد فرهنگی و اقتصاد شهری نمایان میشود. یکی از فرصتهای بدست آمده چانهزنی فرهنگی است. این رویداد موقعیتی برای خریداران و فروشندگان آثارسینمایی فراهم میآورد، که کنار یکدیگر گرد آمده و به تبادل انواع کالاهای فرهنگی و داد و ستد بپردازند.
روش پژوهش: روش این مطالعه از نوع پیمایشی بوده و با تکیه بر روش دلفی، 129 پرسشنامه در میان تهیهکنندگان فیلمهای سینمایی، کارگردانان سینمایی، کارشناسان و منتقدین، که در جشنوارههای برلین و کن در سالهای 2016-2010 شرکت داشتهاند، توزیع شده است. به منظور بررسی سوالات تحقیق از آزمون دو جملهای فریدمن استفاده شده است.
یافتهها: نتایج بدست آمده نشان میدهد که برگزاری جشنوارههای فیلم در مدیریت شهری و تغییر در چهره شهرها موثر بوده است. همچنین جشنوارههای فیلم بدلیل حضور خریداران و فروشندگان قدرت چانه زنی فرهنگی را افزایش میدهد.
نتیجهگیری: جشنوارههای فیلم توانایی تغییرات متنوعی را در: مدیریت شهری، تغییر در چهره شهر، برندشدن شهرها، گسترش بازار و گردشگری فرهنگی و آورده اقتصادی دارند. لذا پیشنهاد میشود با تقویت بازارهای جنبی، تغییر محسوس و توسعه زیرساختهای شهری ممکن شود. شرکت کنندگان در این بازارها، زمانی ترغیب به حضور و مشارکت خواهند شد که زیرساختهای شهری و مدیریت مربوط به آن از هرحیث آمادگی لازم را داشته باشند.
Introduction:With the establishment of film festivals, various effects take place in the body of the city. Some effects appear in the field of infrastructure and the physical body of cities and others related to changes in the cultural body and urban economy. One of the opportunities is cultural bargaining. The event provides an opportunity for buyers and sellers of cinematic works to come together and exchange a variety of cultural goods and trade. Method: The method of this study is a survey and based on the Delphi method, 129 questionnaires were distributed among filmmakers, film directors, experts and critics who participated in the Berlin and Cannes Film Festivals in 2010-2016. Friedman binomial test was used to examine the research questions. Results: The results show that holding film festivals has been effective in urban management and change in the face of cities. Film festivals also increase cultural bargaining power due to the presence of buyers and sellers Conclusion: Film festivals have the potential for a variety of changes: urban management, changing the face of the city, branding cities, expanding markets and cultural tourism, and bringing economic benefits. Therefore, it is suggested that by strengthening the side markets, tangible change and development of urban infrastructure is possible. Participants in these markets will be encouraged to attend and participate when the city's infrastructure and management are fully prepared.
