چکیده:
سابقه و هدف: امـروزه محیط مراقبت بهداشتی بهسرعت در حال تغییر است و پرستاران روزانه در عملکردشان با مسائل و موضوعات اخلاقی متعددی مواجه هستند و در معرض خطر تعارضات اخلاقی قرار دارند. این مطالعه با هدف تبیین تجربیات پرستاران از تعارضات اخلاقی در مراکز آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران سال 1398 انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی است که در مراکز آموزشی درمانی استان مازندران انجام شد. محقق برای جمعآوری دادهها از مصاحبههای نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده کرد. معیارهای ورود به مطالعه شامل پرستارانی بود که حداقل یک سال سابقه کار در بیمارستان داشتند و ضمن تمایل به انجام مصاحبه، قادر به بیان تجربیات خود در خصوص تعارضات اخلاقی بودند. بهمنظور تحلیل محتوا از رویکرد کیفی گرانهیم و لوندمن استفاده شد.
یافتهها: در این مطالعه با 22 شرکتکننده (16 زن و 6 مرد) ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﻋﻤﻴﻖ و ﻧﻴﻤﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎرﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪ انجام شد. از تحلیل دادهها 3 درونمایه اصلی و 11 درونمایه فرعی استخراج شد. درونﻣﺎﻳﻪﻫﺎی اﺻﻠﻲ اﻳﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ شامل «عوامل مرتبط با ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن»، «عوامل مرتبط با ارتباط مؤثر» و «دوراهی بین اخلاق و قانون» ﺑﻮد.
استنتاج: با توجه به یافتههای این مطالعه، مدیران و سایر اعضای تیم بهداشـت و درمان باید از پرستاران هنگام مواجهه با چالشهای اخلاقی حمایت کنند و دورههای آموزشی حین تحصیل و دورههای آموزشی مداوم برای شاغلان پرستاری برگزار کنند.
Background and Purpose: The health care environment is changing rapidly, and nurses are exposed to a variety of ethical issues and moral conflicts. Therefore, the present study aimed to explain the experiences of nurses regarding moral conflicts in the educational and medical centers of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences in 2019.
Materials and Methods: The present qualitative study was conducted in educational and medical centers of Mazandaran province. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. Inclusion criteria include nurses with at least one year of work experience in the hospital who were willing to share their experiences of moral conflicts. Graneheim, U.H., and Lundman, B. Qualitative Content Analysis were used for analyzing the content.
Results: In the present study, in-depth and semi-structured interviews were conducted with 22 participants (16 women and 6 men). In total, 3 main themes and 11 sub-themes were extracted from the data analysis. The subjects include "organization-related factors", "factors related to effective communication", "dilemma of morality versus law".
Conclusion: According to the findings of this study, managers and other members of the healthcare team should support nurses in the face of ethical challenges. Furthermore, continuous in-service training courses should be provided for nursing staff.
