چکیده:
مقدمه: هدف این پژوهش مقایسه ابعاد مزاج عاطفی و هیجانی در دانشآموزان با و بدون رفتارهای آسیب به خود بود. روش: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع علی-مقایسهای بود. نمونه پژوهش 62 نفر دانش آموز با رفتارهای آسیب به خود در شش ماه اخیر، 60 نفر بدون رفتارهای آسیب به خود و 49 نفر با رفتار آسیب به خود در یک سال اخیر بود که از میان دانشآموزان دختر پایه دوم مقطع متوسطه شهر رشت با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای چند مرحلهای انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه آسیب به خود سانسون و مقیاس ترکیبی مزاج عاطفی و هیجانی لارا استفاده شد. نتایج: تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری نشان داد که مزاجهای عاطفی افسردگی، اضطراب، بیاحساسی، ادواریخویی، ملالت، فرار، تحریکپذیری، عدم بازداری و سرخوشی و مزاجهای هیجانی اراده، خشم، بازداری، مقابله و کنترل بین سه گروه از دانشآموزان متفاوت است (0. 05>P). همچنین نتایج نشان داد که در مزاجهای عاطفی وسواس، احساس سرحالی و هیجانزدگی و مزاج هیجانی حساسیت بین دو گروه تفاوت معناداری بدست نیامد (0. 05<P). بحث و نتیجهگیری: مزاجهای عاطفی و هیجانی مولفههای مهمی در آسیبشناسی رفتار آسیب به خود میباشند که میتوان از آنها در راستای شناخت بیشتر ویژگیهای شخصیتی، عاطفی و هیجانی درگیر در رفتار آسیب به خود و همچنین درمان آن سود جست.
Introduction: The purpose of this research was to compare the dimensions of affective and emotional temperament in students with and without self-harm behaviors. Method: This was causal-comparative research. The sample included 62 students with self-harm behaviors in the recent six months, 60 students without self-harm behaviors and 49 students with self-harm behaviors in the recent year. Participants were selected using multistage cluster random sampling method among female students of second grade of junior high school in Rasht city. Data were collected using Sansone self-harm questionnaire and Lara affective and emotional temperament scale. Results: The results of Multivariate analysis of variance showed that there are significant difference in three groups of students in affective temperaments (depression, anxiety, apathetic, cyclothymic, dysphoric, volatile, irritable, disinhibited and euphoric) and emotional temperament (volition, anger, inhibition, coping and control) (p 0.05). Discussion and conclusion: The affective and emotional temperaments are important components in the pathology of self-harm behavior. These components can be used to better understand the personality, affective and emotional characteristics involved in self-harming behavior as well as its treatment.
