چکیده:
مقدمه: اغلب افراد نشانههای رفتاری متناسب با جنسیت زیستی و ظاهری از خود نشان میدهند. در حالی که اقلیتی از افراد رفتارهایی را نشان میدهند که با ظاهر جنسیشان متفاوت است که ملال جنسیتی و یا نارضایتی جنسیتی نامیده میشود.
هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش عملکرد خانواده در پیش بینی نارضایتی جنسیتی مردان و زنان تراجنسی انجام شد.
روش: این مطالعه توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه افراد مبتلا به نارضایتی جنسیتی بودند که برای طی مراحل قانونی تغییر جنسیت در سال ۹۶-۱۳۹۴ به اداره کل پزشکی قانونی خراسان رضوی مراجعه داشتند. شرکتکنندگان ۵۰ نفر زن و ۵۰ نفر مرد مبتلا به نارضایتی جنسیتی بودند که با رضایت آگاهانه و به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه عملکرد خانواده و اختلال هویت جنسی را تکمیل نمودند. مراحل آماری با استفاده از نرم افزار spss نسخه ۲۱ انجام شد و دادهها با استفاده از روش آماری همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون همزمان تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون به شیوه همزمان نشان داد که بهترین پیشبین نارضایتی جنسیتی در زنان تراجنسی ارتباط (۰/۰۱۰>p) و عملکرد خانواده (۰/۰۱۲>p) است و در مردان تراجنسی بهترین پیشبین نارضایتی جنسیتی ارتباط (۰/۰۱۷>p)، همراهی عاطفی (۰/۰۳۹>p) و آمیزش عاطفی (۰/۰۳۵>p) بود.
نتیجهگیری: ارتباط مختل و آشفته در عملکرد خانواده میتواند سهم بسزایی در بروز نارضایتی جنسیتی داشته باشد.
Introduction: Most people show signs of behavior appropriate to their biological and physical gender. While a minority of people exhibit behaviors that are different from their sexual appearance, it is called Gender Dysphoria.
Aim: The purpose of this study was to investigate the Role of family function in the prediction of Gender Dysphoria in women and transgender men.
Method: This is a descriptive correlational study. The statistical population included all individuals with Gender Dysphoria, visiting the Iranian Legal Medicine Organization of Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran, from 2014 to 2016, in order to follow legal proceedings for gender reassignment. The participants included 50 women and 50 men with Gender Dysphoria were selected via convenience sampling, gave informed consent, and completed two questionnaires: family function questionnaire and gender identity disorder questionnaire. Statistical steps were performed using spss software version 21 and data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and simultaneous regression.
