چکیده:
مقدمه: افراد دارای اضطراب اجتماعی از علائمی همچون حساسیت بین فردی و اجتناب تجربهای رنج میبرند. یکی از درمانهایی که اخیراً برای اختلالات اضطرابی به کار رفته است، درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد است.
هدف: این مطالعه با هدف بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر حساسیت بین فردی و انعطاف پذیری شناختی در دانشجویان مبتلا به اضطراب اجتماعی انجام شد.
روش: در این مطالعه کار آزمایی بالینی شبه آزمایشی، ۲۴ نفر از دانشجویان مبتلا به اضطراب اجتماعی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمانشاه در سال ۱۳۹۷ پس از ارزیابیهای اولیه به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه کنترل و آزمایش تقسیم شدند. از پرسشنامههای اضطراب اجتماعی (SPIN)، حساسیت بین فردی (IPSM) و پرسشنامه پذیرش و عمل (AAQ-II) در سه بازه زمانی استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از ۲۲ spss و روش تحلیل کواریانس تک متغیره و چند متغیره انجام شد.
یافتهها: درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد در کاهش اضطراب اجتماعی (۰/۴۲)، نمره کل حساسیت بین فردی و زیر مؤلفههای آن (۰/۰-۴۹/۹۱). همچنین، افزایش انعطافپذیری روانشناختی (۰/۴۳)، در مرحله پسآزمون تأثیر معناداری داشت. همچنین نتایج در مرحله پی گیری نیز حفظ شد (۰/۰۵>P).
نتیجهگیری: درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد میتواند به عنوان یک درمان موج سوم، میتواند مداخله ی کارآمد برای کاهش علائم اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی و حساسیت بین فردی و همچنین ارتقا انعطافپذیری شناختی در دانشجویان مبتلا باشد.
Introduction: Patients with social anxiety suffer from interpersonal sensitivity and experiential avoidance. One of the most recent treatments applied for anxiety disorders is acceptance and commitment therapy.
Aim: The purpose of the current research was to evaluate the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment therapy on interpersonal sensitivity and cognitive flexibility in students with social anxiety.
Method: In this quasi-experimental clinical trial, 24 students from Kermanshah university of medical sciences (2018) who suffered from social anxiety were randomly assigned to control and experimental groups after the primary assessments. Social Phobia Inventory (SPIN), Interpersonal Sensitivity Measure (IPSM), and Acceptance and Action in Social Anxiety Questionnaire (AAQ-II), were applied in three stages. The data were analyzed using SPSS-22, and univariate and multivariate analysis of covariance.
Results: Acceptance and commitment therapy could significantly reduce social anxiety (0.42), and the total score of interpersonal sensitivity and its sub-components (0-49-91), while increasing the psychological flexibility (0.43) during the post-test assessments.
