چکیده:
امروزه مسائل ایران و تشیع به گونهای با هم پیوند خورده است که ایران نمیتواند نسبت به سرنوشت شیعیان بیتفاوت باشد. از جمله کشورهایی که بعد از ایران بیشترین جمعیت شیعه را دارد همسایه شرقی ایران یعنی پاکستان است. ایران و پاکستان به عنوان دو کشور مهم و استراتژیک در جنوب غرب آسیا توانستهاند تاثیرگذاری مهمی بر تحولات منطقه و نیز بین الملل داشته باشند. اشتراکات فرهنگی، مذهبی و اجتماعی از یک سو و داشتن مرز مشترک پهناور از سوی دیگر موجب شده است روابط دو کشور با وجود اختلافات بنیادی در منافع و رویکردهای سیاسی نسبت به مسائل مهم و استراتژیک منطقهای و بین المللی بر اساس رابطهای دوستانه و پایدار تنظیم و استوار باشد که در این میان نقش شیعیان پاکستان به عنوان اقلیتی چشمگیر و فعال در حوزههای سیاسی اجتماعی که حدود 20% جمعیت این کشور را تشکیل میدهند مورد توجه میباشد. این پژوهش با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی به تحلیل تاثیرپذیری مناسبات سیاسی ایران و پاکستان از منظر ژئوپولیتیک شیعه، پرداخته است. سوال اصلی مطرح شده این است که مناسبات سیاسی ایران و پاکستان چه تاثیرپذیری از ژئوپولیتیک شیعه دارد؟ نتایج نشان میدهد که مناسبات سیاسی ایران و پاکستان بیشتر تحت تاثیر عوامل ژئوپولیتیک شیعه بوده است و شیعیان پاکستان با وجود فشارهایی که از جانب گروههای سلفی و تکفیری بر آنها حاکم است، توانستهاند در مناسبات سیاسی بین این دو کشور نقش ویژهای داشته باشند.
The issues of Iran and Shi'ism are interconnected so that Iran can not be indifferent to the fate of the Shi'ites, on the other hand, it has been able to an important and influential component. In relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and other countries, including those countries that have the most Shiite population after Iran, is the eastern neighbor of Iran, have had a major impact on regional and international developments. on the one hand, the cultural, religious, and social shared on the one hand, and the creation of a large common border, on the other hand, have led the relations between the two countries, despite the fundamental differences in the interests and political approaches to important and strategic issues, regional and international, based on a friendly and lasting relationship. Pakistan's Shiite role as a significant minority active in the political sphere, which is about 20% of the population of the country, is being considered. This descriptive-analytical study has analyzed the impact of Shia geopolitics on the political relations between Iran and Pakistan. The main question is, how much influence does the political relationship between Iran and Pakistan have on Shiite geopolitics? The results of this study show that the political relations between Iran and Pakistan were more influenced by Shi'a geopolitical factors, and Pakistan's Shiites, despite the pressure exerted on the part of the Salafist and Takfiri groups They are ruling but they have been able to play a special role in relations between the two country.
