چکیده:
مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر باهدف شناسایی عوامل افت تحصیلی و ارائه برنامهای برای توانمندسازی تحصیلی دانشآموزان شاهد و ایثارگر و همچنین ارائه پیشنهادهایی عملیاتی جهت ارتقای پیشرفت تحصیلی این دسته از دانشآموزان انجامشده است.روش: این پژوهش توسعهای و ماهیتی اکتشافی دارد. ازلحاظ روششناسی نیز ازآنجاکه گردآوری و تحلیل دادهها و اطلاعات، با استفاده از روش و ابزار کیفی همچون نظریه داده بنیاد صورت گرفته، روش پژوهش بهصورت کیفی میباشد. مشارکتکنندگان شامل کلیه دانشآموزان دارای افت تحصیلی، معلمان و مدیران و معاونین مدارس شاهد، کارشناسان آموزشی بنیاد شهید شهرستان سنندج و همچنین اداره کل آموزشوپرورش استان کردستان و والدین دانشآموزانی که دارای افت تحصیلی بودند که در مطالعه حاضر 40 مورد مصاحبه انجامشده است. ابزار گردآوری دادهها مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود. قبل از ارائه برنامه توانمندسازی تحصیلی دانشآموزان شاهد و ایثارگر، مهمترین دلایل و عوامل افت تحصیلی و همچنین راهکارهای کاهش افت تحصیلی و افزایش پیشرفت تحصیلی بررسی شد و برنامه ارائهشده مبتنی بر عوامل افت تحصیلی است. برای اعتبارسنجی نتایج مستخرج از تحلیل مصاحبهها و نیز برنامه توانمندسازی تحصیلی از دو روش بازبینی توسط مشارکتکنندگان (حلقههای بازخورد) و مرور توسط خبرگان غیر شرکتکننده در پژوهش (دو نفر از اساتید) استفاده و پس از دریافت نظرات اصلاحی مدل نهائی و نیز برنامه نهائی ارائه شد.نتایج: براساس نتایج برنامه توانمندسازی تحصیلی شامل پنج مرحله است. مرحله اول تحت عنوان تعیین وضعیت یا نیازسنجی؛ دومین مرحله برنامهریزی تحصیلی؛ سومین مرحله نظارت و پیگیری تحصیلی؛ در مرحله چهارم تحت عنوان اجرا و آخرین مرحله برنامه توانمندسازی تحصیلی دانشآموزان شاهد و ایثارگر تحت عنوان ارزشیابی و بازخورد نامگذاری شدند. در هر مرحله برنامه شامل ارائه استراتژی و اقداماتی در سطح فردی دانشآموزان، والدین و خانواده، مدرسه، بنیاد و اداره کل آموزشوپرورش در سطح استان و نیز سازمان بنیاد شهید است.بحث و نتیجهگیری: برنامه پیشنهادی میتواند بهعنوان یک برنامه عملیاتی در شروع سال تحصیلی برای ارتقای پیشرفت تحصیلی و کاهش افت تحصیلی دانشآموزان شاهد و ایثارگر در سطح کشور توسط وزارت آموزشوپرورش و نیز بنیاد شهید و امور ایثارگران مورداستفاده قرار گیرد.
Introduction: This study aimed to present present a program for academic empowerment of Martyr and Veteran Students and also to identify factors and provide operational suggestions to improve the academic achievement of this group of students and at the same time to expand the existing literature and provide new perspectives on the achievement of Martyr and Veteran Students.Method: This research has a developmental and exploratory nature. Participants included all students with academic failure, teachers and principals and assistants of SHAHED schools, educational experts of the Martyr Foundation of Sanandaj, as well as the General Directorate of Education and parents of students with academic failure. In the present study, 44 interviews were conducted. Before presenting the educational empowerment program for Martyr and Veteran students, the most important reasons and factors of academic failure as well as strategies to reduce academic failure and increase academic achievement were reviewed and the presented program is based on academic failure factors.Results: The academic empowerment program consists of five stages. The stages are named 1. determination or need assessment, 2. academic planning; 3. academic supervision and Follow up; 4. implementation and 5. the academic empowerment program named as the Martyr and Veteran students evaluation and feedback. Each stage of the program includes the presentation of strategies and actions at the individual level of students, parents and families, school, foundation, and the General Directorate of Education in the province and the organization of the Martyr Foundation.Discussion and Conclusion: The proposed program can be used as an operational plan at the beginning of the school year to improve academic achievement and reduce the dropout of Martyr and Veteran students in the country by the Ministry of Education and the Foundation for Martyrs and Veterans Affairs.Discussion and Conclusion: The proposed program can be used as an operational plan at the beginning of the school year to improve academic achievement and reduce the dropout of Martyr and Veteran students in the country by the Ministry of Education and the Foundation for Martyrs and Veterans Affairs.
