چکیده:
اثربخشی رهبری از عوامل موفقیت هر سازمانی محسوب میشود؛ بنابراین شناخت عوامل مرتبط با این عامل، بسیار ارزشمند است. ازاینرو، هدف اصلی این تحقیق، تعیین ارتباط بین هوش سازمانی و اثربخشی رهبری مدیران ورزشی بود. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق شامل کلیۀ مدیران وزارتخانۀ ورزش و جوانان، کمیتۀ ملی المپیک و پارالمپیک، آکادمی ملیالمپیک و فدراسیونهای ورزشی (N=331) بود که با استناد به جدول مورگان، 180 نفر برای اجرای تحقیق انتخاب شدند. در این تحقیق، از پرسشنامۀ 35سؤالی هوش سازمانی کارل آلبرشت (2003) و پرسشنامۀ 36سؤالی اثربخشی رهبری بهمنظور جمعآوری دادهها و از روش آماری رگرسیون چندگانه، برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل دادهها نشان داد که اثربخشی رهبری با هوش سازمانی رابطۀ معناداری دارد (p). بهعلاوه، با توجه به ضرايب رگرسيون چندگانۀ بهدستآمده با روش ورود همزمان، ارتباط مثبت و معناداري بين اشتیاق، اتحاد و توافق، و فشار عملکرد با اثربخشی رهبری وجود داشت (0/05 p). بهطور کلی، نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که هوش سازمانی، عاملی مهم و پیشبینیکننده در اثربخشی رهبری مدیران ورزشی است.
Leadership effectiveness is one of the success factors in any organization. Hence, it is important to identify factors that can be related to this factor. Therefore, the aim of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational intelligence and leadership effectiveness of sport managers. The statistical population consisted of all managers of Sport and Youth Ministry, National Olympic Committee, National Paralympics Committee, National Olympic Academy and sport federations (N=331).
