چکیده:
هدف: نحوة اجرا، چالشها و پیامدهای اجرای قانون سجل احوال در بلوچستان در این مقاله توضیح داده شده است. روش/ رویکرد پژوهش: داده ها از منابع آرشیوی و کتابخانه ای و مصاحبه با آگاهان گرداوری و تحلیل شده است. یافتهها و نتیجهگیری: برنامۀ سجل احوال در بلوچستان در دو مرحله داوطلبانه و اجباری اجرا شد. مرحلۀ دوم با پشتیبانی ارتش و زاندارمری آغاز شد. بیشتر مردم از گرفتن شناسنامه خودداری کردند و برای گریز از آن بسیاری به هندوستان، زنگبار و عمان مهاجرت کردند و بخشی از مردم هم به مناطق کوهستانی و صعبالعبور گریختند.
Purpose: This paper reports the Baluch population of Iran resistance to the law of national identity card in the 1930s Method and Research Design: Data for this research eas collected from archival and library resources as well as an interview with informants. Findings and Conclusion: Implementation took place in two stages. In the first stages, some parts of the population accepted their national ID cards voluntarily. The second stage was carried out in a compulsory fashion backed by the army and security forces. As a result, a great number of people refused to obtain ID cards. Many migrated to India, Zanzibar, and Oman, and some fled to the mountains and remote areas in the region.
