چکیده:
اهداف
اجرای صحیح وظایف بنیادی و نقش های کلیدی در آموزش، مستلزم برخورداری از کیفیت است. ارزش یابی دوره های مختلف آموزشی در راستای بهبود کیفیت این دوره ها، یک ضرورت محسوب می شود. مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزش یابی فرآیند دوره آموزشی پودمانی مدیریت عالی پزشک خانواده در ایران انجام شد.
روش ها
این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی در سال 1393 با انتخاب 218 نفر از دانشجویان پزشک خانواده و 34 نفر از اساتید و دست اندرکاران دوره آموزشی پزشک خانواده با روش نمونه گیری خوشه ایانجام شد. گردآوری داده ها با استفاده از دو پرسش نامه محقق ساخته به منظور بررسی نظرات دانشجویان و نیز اساتید و دست اندرکاران اجرای دوره صورت گرفت. برای تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS 16، شاخص های مرکزی و پراکندگی و آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه استفاده شد.
یافته ها
دانشجویان نسبت به همه زمینه های تعیین شده در این ارزش یابی نظر موافق داشتند و بیشترین میزان رضایت دانشجویان مربوط به طول دوره آموزشی و کمترین میزان رضایت آنها مربوط به نحوه اجرا بود. اساتید و دست اندرکاران برنامه نسبت به زمینه های سازمان دهی محتوای دوره، طول دوره، شیوه ارایه دروس و منابع آموزشی نظر موافق و نسبت به نحوه اجرا، قابلیت به کارگیری دروس، ارزش یابی فراگیران و هزینه، نظر مخالف داشتند. بیشترین میزان رضایت اساتید نسبت به طول دوره و کمترین میزان رضایت آنها نسبت به موضوع هزینه بود.
نتیجه گیری
ارزش یابی دوره آموزشی پودمانی مدیریت عالی پزشکان خانواده در دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی منتخب در ایران به طور میانگین در سطح نسبتا مطلوب قرار دارد.
Aims
The correct implementation of the fundamental tasks and key roles in training requires quality. Evaluation of different educational courses is considered as a necessity to improve the quality of the courses. This study was done to evaluate the modular training courses of higher management of family physician in Iran.
Methods
This descriptive cross-sectional study was done in 2014 on 218 family physician students and 34 university teachers and authorities of family physician course using cluster sampling. Data collected by two researcher-made questionnaires to assess students’ view and university teachers and the authorities. Data analyzed using SPSS 16 software, central and dispersion parameters and One-way ANOVA.
Findings
Students agreed with all the determined fields in this evaluation and the highest level of satisfaction was related to the length of the course and the lowest level of satisfaction was related to the performance. Teachers and authorities agreed with the organization of the course content, duration, courses presentation and educational resources and disagreed with the performance, application of the courses, comprehensive evaluation and the cost. The highest university teacher's satisfaction was related to the course duration and the lowest satisfaction was related to cost.
Conclusion
Evaluation of modular training courses of higher management of family physicians in the selected medical universities is in the average relatively satisfactory in Iran.
