چکیده:
زمینه: فلاسفه، عدالت اجتماعی را فضیلت اخلاقی میدانند. البته عدالت اجتماعی فضیلتی در کنار سایر فضایل اخلاقی نیست بلکه تمام فضیلت است. در جوامع اصولا زنان عدالت اجتماعی را کمتر احساس میکنند از این رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل موثر بر موفقیت کارآفرینی زنان با نقش تعدیل گر عدالت اجتماعی شکل گرفت. روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف در حیطه تحقیقات کاربردی میباشد و بر اساس ماهیت یک پژوهش توصیفی-پیمایشی و از نوع روش نیز کیفی-کمّی (آمیخته) میباشد. در بخش کیفی از روش تحلیل محتوا استفاده شد. جامعه شامل خبرگان صنعت بانکداری بود که دارای تجربه در زمینه ی کارافرینی بودند که از میان آنها 20 نفر با روش گلوله برفی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار مصاحبه بود سپس دادهها با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی غربال شدند. در بخش کمی از روش توصیفی- همبستگی استفاده شد. جامعه شامل کارکنان زن بانکهای دولتی استان مازندران بود که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری در دسترس 226 نفر از آنها به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پرسشنامه دلفی بخش کیفی بود. در نهایت دادهها با آزمون تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند. نرم افزارهای مورد استفاده در این پژوهش SPSS-LISREL بودند. یافتهها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد؛ عوامل موثر دارای 12 بعد بودند که در سه گروه عوامل رفتاری، سازمانی و شبکهای جای گرفتند، عدالت اجتماعی هم در 4 بعد قرار دارد. این عوامل به طور مثبت و معنادار با موفقیت کارافرینی زنان در بانکهای دولتی در رابطهاند که البته عوامل رفتاری در این بین ارتباط مثبت بالاتری را نشان میدهد. همچنین ابعاد مختلف عدالت اجتماعی اثر عوامل مختلف، را بر موفقیت کارافرینی زنان در بانکهای دولتی تعدیل مینماید. نتیجهگیری: مجموعهای از عوامل رفتاری، سازمانی و شبکهای با میانجی گری عدالت اجتماعی به عنوان یک فضیلت اخلاقی که در بر گیرنده مولفههایی چون اعتماد و امنیت، برابری، شایسته سالاری و قانون مداری است میتواند بر موفقیت کارآفرینی زنان اثرگذار باشد
Background: Philosophers consider social justice as a moral virtue. Of course, social justice is not a virtue along with other moral virtues, but all virtue. In societies, women generally feel less social justice. Therefore, the present study was designed to investigate the factors affecting the success of women entrepreneurship with a moderating role in social justice.
Method: The present study is in the field of applied research in terms of purpose and is based on the nature of a descriptive-survey research and the type of method is qualitative-quantitative (mixed). In the qualitative part, content analysis method was used. The community included banking industry experts with entrepreneurial experience, of whom 20 were selected by snowball method as a sample. The interview tool was then the data were sifted using the Delphi technique. In the quantitative part, the descriptive-correlation method was used. The population consisted of female employees of state-owned banks in Mazandaran province, of which 226 were selected as the sample using the available sampling method. The tool of the Delphi questionnaire was the qualitative section. Finally, the data were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis and structural equations. The software used in this study was SPSS-LISREL.
Results: The results of the research showed that effective factors had 12 dimensions that were placed in three groups of behavioral, organizational and network factors, social justice is also in 4 dimensions. These factors are positively and significantly related to the success of women entrepreneurship in state-owned banks, although behavioral factors show a higher positive relationship. Also, different dimensions of social justice moderate the effect of different factors on the success of women entrepreneurship in state-owned banks.
Conclusion: A set of behavioral, organizational and networking factors mediated by social justice as a moral virtue that includes components such as trust and security, equality, meritocracy and the rule of law can affect the success of women entrepreneurship.
