چکیده:
La pandémie du coronavirus (COVID-19) a causé un brusque ralentissement de l’économie mondiale dans différents secteurs d’activités notamment l’économie marocaine et plus précisément le secteur bancaire qui a joué un rôle colossal pour atténuer les effets de la crise. Le Maroc qui a pris un peu de retard pour bénéficier des avantages de la finance islamique qui représente un nouveau mode de financement basé sur les fondements de l’islam en interdisant l’intérêt et favorisant le partage des pertes et profit . La banque centrale marocaine a choisi de diversifier son offre bancaire et d’adopter ce type de banque « islamique ». Elle a décidé de le baptiser ce segment bancaire sous le nom de «banques participatives» en souhaitant qu’elles représentent un enrichissement de l’économie par l’augmentation du taux de bancarisation des citoyens et de la croissance de l’économie marocaine. Le présent article s’intéresse au rôle de la finance participative dans la stimulation des répercutions économiques de la pandémie du COVID-19 et les Mesures financières d'atténuation pour une bonne reprise.
The coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) caused an abrupt slowdown in the world
economy in various sectors of activity, notably the Moroccan economy and more specifically
the banking sector which played a colossal role in mitigating the effects of the crisis. Morocco
which has lagged a little behind in order to benefit from the advantages of Islamic finance
which represents a new mode of financing based on the foundations of Islam by prohibiting
interest and favoring the sharing of profits and losses. The Moroccan central bank has chosen
to diversify its banking offer and to adopt this type of "Islamic" bank. It decided to baptize
this banking segment under the name of "participative banks" hoping that they represent an
enrichment of the economy by the increase in the rate of banking of the citizens and the growth
of the Moroccan economy.
This article examines the role of crowdfunding in stimulating the economic impact of the
COVID-19 pandemic and Financial Mitigation Measures for a Good Recovery.
