According to Nobel laureate in economics, factories, machines, and other material assets are considered part of the wealth of nations. Human capital is also part of this wealth. Globalization is one of the most critical issues in the world today. In addition to the need for determination and determination, this requires implementing a series of coherent programs in the areas of cost reduction, quality improvement, customer demand, new marketing, export development, and agility of all sectors. In globalization, customer and employee satisfaction is considered an essential basis. To compete in the world arena, we must be equipped with the knowledge of tomorrow to move towards progress and excellence. Based on these cases, a high-productivity workforce is one of the main factors for countries to achieve scientific and industrial progress and economic development. Therefore, before the issue of expectations of the organization and its managers from human resources is raised, it is necessary to put them in the right place by planning the managers of human resources and meeting their expectations to form an organization/employee relationship. To create and understand the quality of this coordination and strategic alignment, the present study intends to explore the expectations of senior managers and the organization in the human resources field. One of the results of this study was found to meet the most critical expectations. The CEOs and organizational line of Iran Khodro Industrial Group are the subjects of improving the payment system, attracting and retaining employees, and promoting organizational culture.
